“I am absolutely livid that you would send my Mum a card with a printed message that says 'no message left by customer'. I specifically noted that these were mother's day flowers and I didn't even click an option to have a card with the flowers, why on earth would you send one with a message like that on Mother's day. You could've put a standard 'Happy Mother's Day' or even leave it blank! But instead you take the time to print a card with a horrible message like that. I'm appalled! I will never order flowers from you again”

“Varied prices on website which is good depending on budget. Flowers were delivered on selected delivery date in the morning and put a smile on my sisters face. She said she loves them so thank you very much.”

“While the delivery was on time, the condition of the flowers was totally unacceptable. The box must have been thrown about, as soon as it was opened, soil fell all over the floor. The plants were all over the place and damaged! Not impressed at all!”

“The flowers were beautiful, though unfortunately they were left on the doorstep upside down, even though I specified to be patient and it clearly stated “this way up “ on the box the flowers were in”

“Serenata sent us lovely funny messages telling us where the flowers were, expected time of delivery and when the flowers were delivered. Also lovely choice of bouquets. Will definitely use them again much better than interflora x”

“Flowers were a massive let down. My mum had to send pics of the flowers becuase she knew i would have spent a fair amount and when she got them was very disappointed at how they looked. This is just one pic of the half dead roses. I paid £50 for a deluxe bunch. It was Tesco bargain bucket at vert best. I sent pictures to customer service and said I'd like a new bunch sent out who told me this is the standard that they were happy with. Disgusting and feel very let down.”

“Service excellent:Promo discount didn't apply at checkout but CS resolved very quickly and applied manually. Flowers arrived at a good time and in good condition. Disappointed that bouquet was very very small bunch - hard to tell from pictures and description and while I ordered a standard size I expected a bit more for the price so wee bit embarrassing, but otherwise all good.”
