“My Mum loved her flowers so that makes me happy”

“Flowers contained one dead Lilly and three hanging on by thier stems and did not see the day out. Spoilt the whole presentation of the bouquet. Dissapointed purchased and perhaps more importantly dissspointed 84 year old mum.”

“Shocking service - no delivery of flowers and unable to cancel order as it is 'assigned to production'. Its been assigned to production for 3 days! They admit they can't find a courier (2 days after they should have delivered), and now want me to wait for another 48 hours to re-deliver. Flowers were for Mothers Day so what is the point??? Just want to cancel and get a refund...... but not allowed to. This company stinks.”

“Flowers werent delivered properly and you have a bad system for contacting your couriers. As it took nearly all day for you to get back and then i got email stating the flowers were delivered at 910pm and they had just left the flowers lying on the path under a window where anyone could have took them. You should have a number for your courier rather than starting an investigation which you stated can take 48hrs. How would that help with the delivering of flowers for the day they were meant to be delivered.”

“Excellent service, I wasn’t able to visit my Mum for Mither’s Day so it was great to send flowers and know they would be good. I have used Serenata before and will continue to do so.”

“After paying extra for the mother's Day card ! I was hoping for a quality card instead I received a poor quality cut out card ! Want be using Serenata flower against !no refund offered either just a sorry”

“Lovely bouquets, lots of choice, quick delivery. One negative tho - delivered by yodel. Man rang doorbell and despite the recipient going straight to answer it, a note was put through door as she was walking towards it. When she opened door and called to him he just pointed at door step and carried on walking away. ‘Leave on doorstep’ was an option but I didn’t choose it. I requested ‘leave with neighbour’. Lucky she was in just didn’t answer the door within 5 seconds.....”

“Weel first of all, because I did not pay extra to get a early delivery the flowers turned up early evening even with ordering the flowers weeks ago. Then I have been onformed by the receipent that all of the flowers are quite open rather than in bud as previous bouquets I have ordered, so therefore they probably will not very long??”

“Very happy with the service. Ordered flowers for my son's girlfriend for mothers day. I recieved an email stating they would be delivered between 10.30 and 11.30. Bang on 10.30 they arrived, so very happy and she loved them. Would definately use your services again. Thankyou”
