“I ordered a Grandissimo bouquet containing roses from Serenata. I was impressed that after ordering late the night before they were required they were delivered by lunchtime the following day! Excellent service and communication. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that the outer petals on two of the white roses were quite damanged and bruised which was a little disappointing. Overall though I would use the company again and reorder flowers from here.”

“Some of the flowers were broken on arrival, therefore the bunch become half the size. The package was also left at the from of the house, which meant it could have been stolen or blown over.”

“I usually lose the will to live trying to find decent flowers that don’t cost the earth and aren’t posted. Found everything I needed with serenata and was really pleased with my order. “Paid for guaranteed Friday am delivery and still no delivery at 1730 Saturday.They state delivery is not their responsibility,they advertise guaranteed so they are responsible.Appalling service and attitude.”
