“Flowers were lovely however, I added on some hand cream as and extra gift but this was not delivered, instead a balloon and a cake. It was still appreciated by the recipient but not what I ordered.”

“I ordered some Mother's Day flowers for my mother-in-law . Unfortunately due to domestic breakdown in communications, it was realised at 8.00 on Saturday evening that neither my husband or I had organised the flowers ! Serenata saved the day and delivered a beautiful bouquet by Sunday lunchtime . Thank you so much”
