“I ordered some Mother's Day flowers for my mother-in-law . Unfortunately due to domestic breakdown in communications, it was realised at 8.00 on Saturday evening that neither my husband or I had organised the flowers ! Serenata saved the day and delivered a beautiful bouquet by Sunday lunchtime . Thank you so much”

“They always deliver promptly and on time, plus they notify you of when delivery is on the way and when the flowers are delivered. They are a 5bstar company and I now use them all the time”

“Thought I'd give Serenata Flowers a try because Inter flora who I normally use couldn't deliver on the day I wanted. The flowers were beautiful, smelt lovely and were well presented. From now on I will use Serenata for my flowers.........Good bye Inter flora.”

“Really disappointed, don't buy flowers from these people!! I bought these flowers for Mother's Day, they arrived and the whole family laughed with comments like "they look like old flowers that were just picked up from the cemetery". Really embarrassing. The flowers looked old and dry, the rose petals had brown edges. I complained to Serenata Flowers with photo's and their comments were to leave them for a few days and they'll look better. Yeah, I don't think so!! So, if you want to buy flowers for a special person, don't use Serenata Flowers or they'll be disappointed and you'll be embarrassed.”

“As ever Serenta Flowers performed extremely well. Flowers are always fresh and delivered quickly and on time. My niece was thrilled to receive the Amazonia arrangement and sent me a photo, I definitely made the right choice. I particularly like this company as they have a friendly approach unlike others who just provide a sterile service.”
