“We live in New Zealand and have used Serenata Flowers on several occasions to send flowers to friends and family in the UK.. The service has always been excellent with frequent updates. We don't always hear from the recipient and our most recent gift to a friend in a rest home on her 96th birthday remains unacknowledged as our friend has little memory. We are pleased that we can trust Serenata's service.”

“Flowers did not arrive in time for funeral despite us ordering for delivery a day in advance as instructed. Made a sad day more stressful. Serenata refused to refund & cited various ts&cs re weather... avoid this company!”

“Flowers were nearly dead on delivery When we sought a refund we had to deal with an awful robotic complaints system and they tried to grind us down to avoid giving a refund. Eventually they said a refund would be made in 5 days”
