“I love flowers, the pleasure from a simple vase of colourful tulips, the bright colourful happy faces of a jug of daffs, a stunning display of roses or the unmistakable smell of freesia as you walk into a room, i love them all. I share my love of flowers with my friends & family and have found Serenata flowers delightful to use. The website is clear and easy to use, the choice of flowers and arrangements is varied and suitable for any occasion and the price offers real value for money. If my friend is having a tough time on the other side of the country i can use serenata to order a pretty bright bouquet to cheer her up and let her know i care. The flowers are fresh, in excellent condition and last, i know from the flowers i have had for myself as well as the feedback from those i have sent them too. Plus its an inexpensive way to show i love and care for any occasion to all of those people i love and care about, and that's what makes me happy to use Serenata.”

“My friend said they were beautiful flowers, the service w as efficient and I was kept informed of dispatch and delivery via tracker. All one could ask for really oh yes and the price was very competitive. I would use again.”

“Would not use Serenta Flowers again the flowers were tiny the roses were brown around edges just dumped on doorstep and no contact number to phone up and complain. DO NOT USE SERENTA FLOWERS”

“I can confirm that Serenata Flowers' customer services are spot on and I can only say that it is thanks to their customer services team and their generous offer of re-direction at a reduced price was the icing on the cake. Without this offer we would have not been able to re-send the flowers due to finances.. so my cousin who had been discharged from hospital without our knowledge to another address, has in the end been able to enjoy her flowers that have brightened up her new room. Top rate customer services will definitely be recommending Serenata to my friends and family.”

“Process seemed smooth and swift. Flowers delivered when they should have been and recipient very pleased with the colourful display. Would use again. Slight point - I didn't wish to pay for a card but missed seeing the bit which said you could put in a message without a card - still not clear whether that information went through the system”
