“I'd read the reviews & most said that the bear was a really good size so I ordered the Baby Boy Gift Basket. Couldn't be any happier :) :) My sister was over the moon with the gift & sent me a picture of the bear & my new nephew - they were nearly the same size!! Using the website & ordering was really easy and the delivery was when they said it would be. If I want to send flowers or a gift basket again then I shall be using Serenata Flowers without hesitation. Thank you to everyone involved - very happy customer x”

“I was really disappointed with our flowers when I attended the funeral yesterday. The website clearly shows the presentation looking very pretty and 'styled' However, in real life the flowers were in a cellophane wrapper (bouquet style) which wasn't particularly see through and crushed the display. Very disappointing.”

“Ordering the flowers was straightforward on my PC but impossible on the iPhone as the box to add a discount code does not show on the mobile version of the website. Frustrating as I tried three times but could never get the discounted price. Worked first time on the PC. Not really good enough in today's mobile tech savvy world. Can't comment on th flowers as they were delivered elsewhere.”

“The flowers i requested for valentines day were delivered 2 days early The system didn't report this would be the case until after i had booked the flowers The flowers were delivered on the correct day but were not as requested The bunch was obviously the requested bouquet but with only one pink rose and not the red ones as specified and shown in the picture I have complained and had confirmation of complaint I have submitted a picture as requested Its now 2 weeks after valentines and im still waiting for a response I would recommend not using this company as there product isn't as specified but is expensive & their customer support is worse”
