“Brilliant! Saved the day for Mother's day and the flowers were magnificent, from what i hear. Woulds definitely recommend and i will definitely be using in the future! Thank you for saving a forgetful son the day before mother's day. Yeah!”

“Delivery was perfect but sadly the flowers didn’t live up to our expectations. We thought the image looked lovely and that was why we chose them but very expensive for what was really just a bunch of flowers that we could have purchased in a supermarket !”

“So glad I found this florist online as mum lives in Clacton-on Sea and I am in Croydon, and wasn't able to spend her birthday with her. I ordered on 12th (afternoon) as her birthday was on 13th and got the free delivery, she received the gift basket and birthday card before 3pm on her birthday. Mum was so happy with her gift she thought it cost me an arm an a leg lol but in fact is was a very good price. I definitely will be using Serenata Flowers again and told my family about them. Thank you Serenata Flowers for your service if not for you my mum would of only got a phone call from me, so happy you did next day delivery as too as I found you just the day before on google search.”

“I had one bouquet arrive in great time and beautifully presented and arranged. I loved it, its why I wanted to use the service again. But I recently brought a second one for mothers day and it arrived upside down, with broken flowers. Half of the bouquet died before the other half opened and I was really disappointed in it. So I can't give them 1 star or 5 stars, but I will not be using their service again. Like many things, it is a really good service if nothing goes wrong, but if you have an issue, they are quite unhelpful and struggle to understand.”

“Didn’t delivery on the day - only informed me they didn’t at 9:30pm in evening and then wouldn’t compensate for the inconvenience would only delivery late or refund (at ticket price) Totally unacceptable and non negotiable. I would avoid and stick with the names we all know and trust!”

“I ordered the Twilight Range for my Godmother on Sunday 11 March for next day delivery. They arrived as requested and my godmother loved them. She said they were beautiful and scented. So many roses are not these days. The flowers were only £24.99. Great value, great service. Will definitely use Seranata Flowers again and have already recommended them to friends. My sister recommended them to me!”

“Beautiful tulips and lots of them. Bought a bunch for my Mum and one for myself. My Mum delighted. Mine arrived later in the day, left upside down on the doorstep with a broken vase inside. Can't report it because site needs a photo. How do you photograph a broken glass vase in bubble wrap! Need to think about delivery. Product However, excellent.”
