“Didnt get delivered to right address and when spoke to them I got told well you might not actually get a full refund they might just pay you some absolutely DO NOT ORDER FROM SERENATA FLOWERS”

“Mother's Day flowers not delivered Ordered two bunches of flowers for Mum and sister, to be delivered same address and same day. Only one was delivered (left in safe place). Customer services said the courier is adamant that the flowers were delivered and refused to do anything else.”
