“Mother's Day flowers not delivered Ordered two bunches of flowers for Mum and sister, to be delivered same address and same day. Only one was delivered (left in safe place). Customer services said the courier is adamant that the flowers were delivered and refused to do anything else.”

“I live in Canada, and ordered flowers for delivery in Petersfield (UK). I received emails detailing the delivery status (which was useful given my distance away), and the flowers arrived on time (on Mother's Day). My Mum was delighted with them.”

“Delivery was perfect but sadly the flowers didn’t live up to our expectations. We thought the image looked lovely and that was why we chose them but very expensive for what was really just a bunch of flowers that we could have purchased in a supermarket !”
