“The customer service/after sales care is shocking. The vase that was ordered with my flowers was broken and they refused to replace it. These were SYMPATHY flowers ordered by my work after a family bereavement so the fact they said they'd just refund the company the money for the vase is shocking and extremely unhelpful! Would never use this company based on their service.”

“The flowers I ordered all arrived on mothers day (quite miraculous considering I left it so late to book!). They said the flowers were beautiful. I couldnt find a way to order multiple bunches online which would have been really useful and time saving as I had 3 to order.”

“Flowers were delivered on time and recipient said they were bright and cheerful as I had requested. They were sent to UK from overseas and much appreciated. It was very easy to use your website, and sending the flowers through Serenata was cheaper than the local florists. The discount for friends and family encouraged them to use your website as well.”

“Flowers arrived on time for mother’s day but were wilted & rose petals were brown. They were completely dead 3 days later. My mother said they were rotting from the inside out like something was inside them eating them! I contacted serenata with my concerns and was told there was nothing they could do because I didn’t email them right away. Second time I have ordered flowers from here which have arrived this way, used to recommend them but not any more. In my mother’s words “don’t waste any more money buying from them”. Very disappointed in the flowers and even more so with the response I received. I will not be using this company anymore after being a customer for several years. Not all customers can get photos uploaded straight away to complain when something is wrong, especially not when it is an elderly woman who can’t work technology! Thanks for ruining mother’s day for my mum, and also for me knowing how disappointed she was with my gift. Photo is of flowers on arrival.”

“The delivery was when expected, as expected and a nice surprise for the recipient. Colours lovely (though roses didn’t last too long) and would consider using again despite never hearing of the company before.”

“I was very impressed with Serenata Flowers. They delivered on the day and within the time they said they would. My Mother who received the flowers said each flower in the box was perfect and absolutely beautiful. I don't think they could improve on anything, Serenata Flowers are doing a great job. I would definitely use them again. The only thing I wasn't happy with was when viewing the flowers online they were in a vase/dish, I thought they would be delivered in the vase/dish. They weren't. It would be good if they stated that the vase/dish was not included in the photo or in the description somewhere. The only vase you can purchase is not suitable for delux and grandissimo sizes which is a problem if you order "grandissimo size" like I did.”

“Flowers were nice. But, in error I selected the wrong date but had written a Mother’s day message. I was contacted to ask if I wanted them delivered in time for mother’s day - I said yes. The reply was they couldn’t be as they weren’t Mother’s Day flowers? Why ask them? Ended up delivering 3 days after mother’s day - really disappointed.”
