“Thanks for your prompt service, my friend was thrilled to receive the bouquet, she sent me a photo and they looked great, there wasn't any other way I could have enhanced her special day, given I left it so late 🙄 thanks again, highly recommended I know where to place my order next time, no more inter flora for me”

“ordered on Friday 16th march 2018, the flowers arrived the next day to my friend on Saturday. she was very pleased, and said they were beautiful, she sent me a picture and they looked lovely, so can recommend.. thank you I had an email from you to say the flowers had been dispatched, and when recieved. good service”

“The customer service/after sales care is shocking. The vase that was ordered with my flowers was broken and they refused to replace it. These were SYMPATHY flowers ordered by my work after a family bereavement so the fact they said they'd just refund the company the money for the vase is shocking and extremely unhelpful! Would never use this company based on their service.”

“The flowers I ordered all arrived on mothers day (quite miraculous considering I left it so late to book!). They said the flowers were beautiful. I couldnt find a way to order multiple bunches online which would have been really useful and time saving as I had 3 to order.”
