Offered a 15% discount for flowers ordered for MOTHERS DAY, but didn't deduct the 15% and the flowers were delivered on Friday instead of Sunday. contacted Serenata with my complaint, HEARD NOTHING BACK FROM THEM !!!!!!!AVOID!!!!!!!

order confirmed, followed by next morning message flowers were on way. Later tracking said 'failed delivery'. Enquiry said courier could not find property. Further enquiry- answer was ' they did not have full address. It WAS on the order, apart from this why did they put it on a van for delivery if they could not find the address. Very nice flowers were delivered today, but a day later than wanted. Not too impressed.

I ordered flowers for my father in laws funeral which were delivered yesterday they arrived in a box which was all damaged the flowers inside a lot of flowers had all come out I had to put them back as best I could but because I didn’t take photos I can’t send the appropriate form on your website I have used this company before but never again it was a devastating day to start with you are a disgrace to deliver flowers in that state.

Flowers were dead when they arrived and had to be put in the bin the next day, tried contacting the number on page to complain directly however phone line goes dead after 5 minutes

Easy to select and order the flowers, great communication and delivery. The flowers were fantastic, but unfortunately the vase was broken on delivery. However, after notifying Serenata just for information, they took it up with the delivery company and refunded the cost of the vase. The broken vase is the only reason they didn't get 5 stars because the rest of the service was outstanding.

When I ordered online after entering my payment details the page didn’t appear to change & my order still looked as if it was pending. I tried to hit the back button & after entering details again the page looked the same however I noticed in small grey print at the top it had a confirmation order number. I then received 2 confirmation emails within a minute of each other but with 2 different confirmation numbers. I realised I had accidentally duplicated the order. I immediately looked for a way to cancel this but the website doesn’t allow you to do this. I hit the contact us button. It was an automated email message no telephone number to call. I explained in what had happened & asked for the duplicate order to be cancelled. As I placed my order late in the evening I received no message until the following morning which advised me both orders had already been dispatched & there was no way to cancel. I asked if there was any way I could receive a refund or part refund but was refused, quoting that their confirmation emails were sent 5 minutes apart. I was very disappointed & unhappy with this. Whilst I understand if the orders had both been dispatched there is no way to cancel. Firstly I did only receive both emails within 1 minute of each other as it’s time stamped on my emails. Secondly there is no way to cancel other than sending an email request which might not get picked up straight away which happened in this case. If there was at least a contact number to speak with someone I might have avoided being billed twice. Finally I’d advise the confirmation order be in bolder and larger print on the website as I barely saw this the second time round. Sadly I won’t be using this service again or recommend it to anyone.

When my mother in law sent me a picture I wasn’t kind of embarrassed of how much I’d paid and for what she had received. Sorry I don’t normally complain but I wasn’t happy. Donna x

Ordered flowers for mother's day they arrived on time but delivered on Sunday dead and binned by Wednesday contacted their customer service to be told nothing we can do as only guarantee them for 3 days will be going else where from now on
