“I was very impressed with Serenata Flowers. They delivered on the day and within the time they said they would. My Mother who received the flowers said each flower in the box was perfect and absolutely beautiful. I don't think they could improve on anything, Serenata Flowers are doing a great job. I would definitely use them again. The only thing I wasn't happy with was when viewing the flowers online they were in a vase/dish, I thought they would be delivered in the vase/dish. They weren't. It would be good if they stated that the vase/dish was not included in the photo or in the description somewhere. The only vase you can purchase is not suitable for delux and grandissimo sizes which is a problem if you order "grandissimo size" like I did.”

“Flowers were nice. But, in error I selected the wrong date but had written a Mother’s day message. I was contacted to ask if I wanted them delivered in time for mother’s day - I said yes. The reply was they couldn’t be as they weren’t Mother’s Day flowers? Why ask them? Ended up delivering 3 days after mother’s day - really disappointed.”

“Ordered from Serenata as they were recommended to me by a friend. Flowers were for a colleague who was unwell. Ordering was easy and I loved the emails to keep me updated, they were funny. My colleague got her flowers the very next day as promised and she was delighted. Fresh and some still to bloom. The pic maybe doesn’t do them justice as they’ve been split into two Vases. Would definitely recommend to others. Thank you! 😊”

“Flowers wilting when delivered and dead the following day. My mum lives in the UK and I live in NZ, so phone calls are difficult to time (especially when she is sick!) so she told me the following weekend by which time the flowers had been thrown out and she had not thought to take a photo. Serenata did nothing.”

“Offered a 15% discount for flowers ordered for MOTHERS DAY, but didn't deduct the 15% and the flowers were delivered on Friday instead of Sunday. contacted Serenata with my complaint, HEARD NOTHING BACK FROM THEM !!!!!!!AVOID!!!!!!!”

“order confirmed, followed by next morning message flowers were on way. Later tracking said 'failed delivery'. Enquiry said courier could not find property. Further enquiry- answer was ' they did not have full address. It WAS on the order, apart from this why did they put it on a van for delivery if they could not find the address. Very nice flowers were delivered today, but a day later than wanted. Not too impressed.”

“I ordered flowers for my father in laws funeral which were delivered yesterday they arrived in a box which was all damaged the flowers inside a lot of flowers had all come out I had to put them back as best I could but because I didn’t take photos I can’t send the appropriate form on your website I have used this company before but never again it was a devastating day to start with you are a disgrace to deliver flowers in that state.”

“Easy to select and order the flowers, great communication and delivery. The flowers were fantastic, but unfortunately the vase was broken on delivery. However, after notifying Serenata just for information, they took it up with the delivery company and refunded the cost of the vase. The broken vase is the only reason they didn't get 5 stars because the rest of the service was outstanding.”

“When I ordered online after entering my payment details the page didn’t appear to change & my order still looked as if it was pending. I tried to hit the back button & after entering details again the page looked the same however I noticed in small grey print at the top it had a confirmation order number. I then received 2 confirmation emails within a minute of each other but with 2 different confirmation numbers. I realised I had accidentally duplicated the order. I immediately looked for a way to cancel this but the website doesn’t allow you to do this. I hit the contact us button. It was an automated email message no telephone number to call. I explained in what had happened & asked for the duplicate order to be cancelled. As I placed my order late in the evening I received no message until the following morning which advised me both orders had already been dispatched & there was no way to cancel. I asked if there was any way I could receive a refund or part refund but was refused, quoting that their confirmation emails were sent 5 minutes apart. I was very disappointed & unhappy with this. Whilst I understand if the orders had both been dispatched there is no way to cancel. Firstly I did only receive both emails within 1 minute of each other as it’s time stamped on my emails. Secondly there is no way to cancel other than sending an email request which might not get picked up straight away which happened in this case. If there was at least a contact number to speak with someone I might have avoided being billed twice. Finally I’d advise the confirmation order be in bolder and larger print on the website as I barely saw this the second time round. Sadly I won’t be using this service again or recommend it to anyone.”
