“Serenata was great, easy ordering, competitive prices, great customer service however whatever florist they subcontracted locally in Stowmarket for the bouquet is absolutely AWFUL. Flowers represented on Serenata's website looked nothing like the atrocity that was delivered to my friend. Ordered a bouquet of pink orchids....they arrived with no greenery just 6 or so stems of wilted, sickly looking, dull, pink orchids. I was embarrassed at what was delivered. HOWEVER, I contacted Serenata, sent them a photo and they immediately offered to redeliver a a fresh bouquet or to refund my money. That's an example of great customer service. Shame that the local supplier didn't measure up to their standards however I give them 4 stars for their customer service and effort they made to correct the mistake. Would definitely give them another try.”

“Oh they are amazing quality arranged with care good customer service as I put down the incorrect house number and customer service department amended it straight away I also bought an add on purchase a small birthday cake it was amazing value.”

“Amazing raspberry deluxe basket and I also added a small birthday cake, my mother was extatic when the flowers were delivered by lunchtime. Best flower basket ever she has had, the price was amazing and free delivery I couldn't believe it! Will be using your amazing website in the future, I have a new grandchild due very soon and will be getting some flowers then Thank you once again”

“Flowers were very poor quality and the petals of the flowers were Browning on the edges at delivery. When I contacted customer services, I was robbed off with a generic response, which did not even relate to the message I had sent. Thoroughly disappointed and would never buy from them again; in fact I will in all likelihood a lovely discourage people from using serenata flowers.”

“Simply the best floral and gift service I have ever used. I booked the (apparently superb)package of flowers and goodies from Sydney Australia to be delivered near Sherborne Dorset. Serenata updated me every step of the way before and after delivery. They estimated 3.30-4.30pm delivery and knocked on my punctual Sister's door at exactly 3.30pm! These guys deserve to be an incredibly successful business!”
