The item i ordered was clearly not in stock. After 30 days I contacted them - no response. It took 2 more emails to elicit a reply by which time I had ordered from elsewhere.

My order has not been dispatched for more than a week and after eight days it is still shown as "processing". There is no communication from the company why, they simply do not bother. My email requesting explanation was answered after three days only to be told there is "public holiday" in Korea. Not sure if this website is real.

I was sent the wrong size Jersey. I ordered an XL shimano cycling jersey as stated in description, but was sent a Medium size. I have emailed Customer support, no response yet ! can you help?

Item ordered in April. By end May item not received, was told it would need to be reordered (ie it had never been in stock). Recorded early May, told 5-7 working days. Still nothing. Clueless at best. Deceitful at worst.

According to tracking information, the item was arrived at you on 20th March. It seems there was problem on local post office. It was held 3 days in local post office and released.

Lousy customer service. Order some mudguards over a month ago. Order is still "processing". Wtf. I mean no communication whatsoever. I've emailed support almost a half dozen times with no response. Who are these people? Is this an actual business. Skip them.

I place an order on the 18 of January, paid for an Express Tracked Delivery - Tracked Courier (4~6Workdays) It has been now 2 weeks (12 working days) and no follow-up, no calls, no emails, no information regarding this purchase. I have sent two emails to staff with only one reply (no satisfactory). This is the last time I purchase anything from this online store.

Received the wrong item. Asked for the correct item to be sent ASAP. When nothing arrived on the expected day, I emailed again. They confirmed it would be dispatched today. I have emailed questioning this but I am awaiting a response 3 days later. Still awaiting the item almost a month after ordering.
