Your order was arrived at you on the same day(17th March). I think you may get it when you be back home.

i orderded 0n feb 23 its now the 26th of march sill have not recieved my peddles

I didn't receive the item as described then to add to my disappointment, Bicycle Hero have not even had the courtesy to reply to my email of complaint.

Lousy customer service. Order some mudguards over a month ago. Order is still "processing". Wtf. I mean no communication whatsoever. I've emailed support almost a half dozen times with no response. Who are these people? Is this an actual business. Skip them.

I place an order on the 18 of January, paid for an Express Tracked Delivery - Tracked Courier (4~6Workdays) It has been now 2 weeks (12 working days) and no follow-up, no calls, no emails, no information regarding this purchase. I have sent two emails to staff with only one reply (no satisfactory). This is the last time I purchase anything from this online store.

Received the wrong item. Asked for the correct item to be sent ASAP. When nothing arrived on the expected day, I emailed again. They confirmed it would be dispatched today. I have emailed questioning this but I am awaiting a response 3 days later. Still awaiting the item almost a month after ordering.

I would like a complete refund for my rear view cycling mirrors as they are not fit for purpose. I cen only see my knees and legs. I have sent an email to your comapny about a refund but it has boced back! Can you let me have the address for returns please. Kind regards Peter Coulcher

I placed an order 20 days ago and have seen neither hide nor hair of it. At this point, I am not certain if this simply poor service or an outright scam. The order included shipping at $9.99 which indicated 5-8 working days.

You sent the wrong model to what I order. What should I do. I don't want to wait too long. U also sent to Malaysia instead of Thailand. Took over 2.5 weeks to get to me.

I am still waiting for the shipment. Please check the status. The first shipment has arrived already (sidi woman in white/pink) but the second shoes (sidi in black) not arrive yet
