You didn't send what I ordered so I sent it back at my expense. I ordered a giant gavia SL tire but you sent a gavia race 1 tire. Hence the return.

Placed my order on Sep 15. Contacted customer service on Sep 19 to inquire a tracking code and again on Sep 22 to remind about my request. Got reply on Sep 22: "Sorry to answer late. Your order was shipped from Netherland 2days ago. It was moving with other orders to our transportation hub. We will update the local tracking information as soon as it is transferred to you. Because of our system delay, we need to check it for a few days. I will update if there is any issue" Contacted customer service on Sep 23, to request "again" for my tracking code. No answer On Oct 9 I opened a case in PayPal; "Item not received". Got answer on Oct 10: "Sorry for the delivery accident. We just shipped the item again. You can track it in your email or USPS" This time I received a tracking code. On Oct 16 I received the item and closed the case on Oct 19. WHY WAS I TOLD ON SEP 22 THAT MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED FROM THE NETHERLANDS 2 DAYS AGO?

Order had a 14 day delivery, so far it's been 24 days and still nothing. I contacted them and they sent me a fake tracking number that did not work. Keep away from these crooks

I needed my item for a planed tour 3 weeks after placing my order and paid for 3-5 day shipping service. It took the supplier 1 week before he even shipped my order so a 3-5 day delivery was already impossible. A month after payment I am still waiting for delivery and the supplier failed to respond to any of my emails and even messages send through Paypal were ignored. I would NOT advice anyone to make use of this supplier. Ewald Nicholaas

took over one month to deliver. sent request for status but only got a template reply/ after one month - received only one unit (i ordered 2) - what a waste of time and money.

The order was placed 13 of August(Nr. 100022425). So far despite the promise no mail confirming shipping is received. Two support tickets are submitted with little or no information what's going on. Poor communication by mail. Will try the phone today and if any progress will let you know.

do not buy from here. Placed an order 2 days ago and received an email saying that my item was dispatched 10 days ago a d that i should have received it. I online shop a lot and this is just a very bad sign!! tempting bc they have stuff you dont find anywhere else but please dont do it!!!!!!!

Sorry to make you confused. Our review collecting system shows some error. This email was sent automatically when your item was shipped. But the date calculating system shows wrong message. Anyway your item is on the way you. You can get it on time.

Worst customer experience ever. In early May I bought a new arm for my bike rack from Bicyclehero. Incredibly it didn't come with a bolt to fix it to the frame, so I bought one separately. Then I realised the arm didn't have a nut for the bolt to fix into (product defect) so I asked for this to be fixed. Three weeks later they said they would refund my cost. Two weeks later still waiting. Summer is nearly over and still no working bike rack. Not happy. In case anyone cares my order number is 1710009668.

The site said 6-8 days delivery, it should of said 6-8 weeks. It was 7 weeks before I got my brake pads and my saddle was the wrong colour. I wouldn't advise buying from this site. Terrible service.

Order was not delivered. There is no way to contact the company other than a long distance telephone call. The message asking if the package was delivered has no link to actually reply. No information on shipping progress after the order was supposed to be shipped. WORST SERVICE EVER.
