My order it’s in Milan arrived and not in Berlin where I live. I can’t talk with the delivery company (B2C Europe). I’m not so happy ‘cause my girlfriend doesn’t get her present for Xmas...

5 items ordered. 2 received 2-3 weeks after ordered. 2 other items were subsequently canceled by the company as they did not have in stock after I inquired regarding the status of the remainder of the order. Remaining item has still not arrived after 2 months. No response to my last 2 emails to them. Previous responses were in poor English to the point that I don’t think they understood my requests. USA office is a joke as there is no way to contact them there. My order is now in dispute with PayPal. Stay away from this company!!!

Didn’t receive the ordered items, lost $230 and customer support was contacted after 6 weeks and said they would look into it and now customer support won’t reply to any of my emails. Looks like a scam....

I bought a light from them and the handlebar mount broke shortly after. When I emailed them I got a quick reply saying they would send a replacement. I've since emailed them three times in three weeks just asking for confirmation. Now they are totally unresponsive. Since the light is useless without the mount, I will return it for a refund. I will never order anything from them again. Worst customer service ever.

Ordered two black items for a specific reason. Received a black and a WHITE item. Emailed "Support" twice . First email was replied to immediately with a promise to find a solution . Sent a second request for an update which has not been replied to. I request that the second black item be sent or refund the cost of item.

Purchased an item from them. Was told it would take 7-14 days to arrive. Order status never changed from processed. I reached out to them many, many times without any response, both through their support email as well as PayPal. Finally, after 19 days and hearing nothing back, I opened a case to get refunded via PayPal. I have never had a worse experience with an online merchant.

You didn't send what I ordered so I sent it back at my expense. I ordered a giant gavia SL tire but you sent a gavia race 1 tire. Hence the return.

Placed my order on Sep 15. Contacted customer service on Sep 19 to inquire a tracking code and again on Sep 22 to remind about my request. Got reply on Sep 22: "Sorry to answer late. Your order was shipped from Netherland 2days ago. It was moving with other orders to our transportation hub. We will update the local tracking information as soon as it is transferred to you. Because of our system delay, we need to check it for a few days. I will update if there is any issue" Contacted customer service on Sep 23, to request "again" for my tracking code. No answer On Oct 9 I opened a case in PayPal; "Item not received". Got answer on Oct 10: "Sorry for the delivery accident. We just shipped the item again. You can track it in your email or USPS" This time I received a tracking code. On Oct 16 I received the item and closed the case on Oct 19. WHY WAS I TOLD ON SEP 22 THAT MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED FROM THE NETHERLANDS 2 DAYS AGO?

Order had a 14 day delivery, so far it's been 24 days and still nothing. I contacted them and they sent me a fake tracking number that did not work. Keep away from these crooks

I needed my item for a planed tour 3 weeks after placing my order and paid for 3-5 day shipping service. It took the supplier 1 week before he even shipped my order so a 3-5 day delivery was already impossible. A month after payment I am still waiting for delivery and the supplier failed to respond to any of my emails and even messages send through Paypal were ignored. I would NOT advice anyone to make use of this supplier. Ewald Nicholaas

took over one month to deliver. sent request for status but only got a template reply/ after one month - received only one unit (i ordered 2) - what a waste of time and money.
