Currently it is still not delivered at mee wait currently already a month on that piece that is not Good !!!!!!!

I ordered my Deda bike stem on June 28 and received it Aug 1. Communication was poor and I had to contact the company multiple times to obtain a tracking number and to determine if the part was even shipped. I am a DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER !

It's been 5 weeks since I purchased my bike stem and am still WAITING for the part. Poor communication and lame excuses. Do NOT use this company !!!!

The item I purchased was to be delivered in 7 - 14 days. IT WAS NOT SHIPPED UNTIL THREE WEEKS LATER ! It's now been 30 days since my purchase and i'm still waiting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! THEY ARE DISHONEST !

ATTENTION: scammers at work! I ordered 3 items. I only got 1 article. My money for the other items is gone! Paypal writes: not in my favor! ATTENTION - ATTENTION - ATTENTION - FRAUDSTERS!!!

They promised my part in 7-14 days and were to send tracking information within three days of purchase. I did NOT hear from them in over two weeks and repeatedly contacted their support. They said the cargo plane broke down and would get back to me in two days... it never happened. It's been three weeks and the part has NOT been shipped yet! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

It was not clear how long the order would take to be delivered until after purchase. It’s been 10 days and still no arrival of the item.

Sent wrong size writing the XXL is like a US XL. Also the return process is a complete joke. Have to send reminders, delivery confirmations etc. Still no sign if I will get my right order or refund.

Will never buy from them again, ordered two items, one was the wrong size, a seat, ordered a medium got a small and the other never showed. It took forever for them to ship and when I finally got half my order I was disappointed that it was totally wrong. So I emailed them, quick reply, then they asked if I could send some photos, ok fair enough but can't take a photo of something that's not there can I. Then their answer was send the seat back but can't replace it because I had already installed it, that's cool but why the hell would I send it back!. These guys might like riding their bike with no seat but I would find that uncomfortable. So all i wanted was them to send the missing item and when I asked them too the emails stopped, no reply. Never again.

1 month has passed and still not received my order, customer service stinks, last response 2 weeks ago that my order has shipped but after several more inquiries I no longer get any responses from this company no idea if my order will ever arrive. Quick to take your money. Stay away. I would rank them with 0 if I could.

Placed my order on 10 May 18, it's 31 May 18, status of my purchase is still under "processing". Emailed/ feedback to the company several times but there is no response from the company. A total waste of time.

Sent wrong part and wrong quantity. I have sent several email requesting the correct item or refund. No corrective action, just lip service. Would not recommend Bicyclehero.

Never received order after waiting over a month for it to be shipped. Was sent a email and told it has been delivered and to check with my local post office. Really disappointed and not happy.

they send me a wrong order. I Ordered 2 reservoir cap for Avid Juicy 5 brakes and the store send me a couple of hose bolts!!!!!

The seat never arrived. I was just notified by the recipient (in Sao Paulo Brazil) that he still hasn't received it. I ordered it on April 6 and paid extra postage fees for tracking, and it still has not arrived on April 25.

I have a light that will not work and no one seems willing to reply back. I'm thinking of going to my credit card company for a solution. Very disappointed.

The delivery time stated was within 2 weeks. It’s now been more than 4 weeks and I don’t have my item. I’m concerned it’s a scam. The customer support is terrible. They give me a tracking number for an obscure website that actually gives me no option to see where the parcel is or how long it will take to get to me (it only tells me it’s in-transit). They also blame their Asian partner who apparently is responsible for sending my product to Australia and they think that’s an acceptable excuse (the Asian partners clearly speak poor English, refuse to understand that I’m not a male and don’t answer my direct questions). I’ve asked for a refund and get no reply. Looks like my only option is to claim back through my credit card provider
