Placed my order on 10 May 18, it's 31 May 18, status of my purchase is still under "processing". Emailed/ feedback to the company several times but there is no response from the company. A total waste of time.

Sent wrong part and wrong quantity. I have sent several email requesting the correct item or refund. No corrective action, just lip service. Would not recommend Bicyclehero.

Never received order after waiting over a month for it to be shipped. Was sent a email and told it has been delivered and to check with my local post office. Really disappointed and not happy.

they send me a wrong order. I Ordered 2 reservoir cap for Avid Juicy 5 brakes and the store send me a couple of hose bolts!!!!!

The seat never arrived. I was just notified by the recipient (in Sao Paulo Brazil) that he still hasn't received it. I ordered it on April 6 and paid extra postage fees for tracking, and it still has not arrived on April 25.

I did not receive all items that were ordered and customer service has been slow to respond. So far..buyer beware.

I have a light that will not work and no one seems willing to reply back. I'm thinking of going to my credit card company for a solution. Very disappointed.

The delivery time stated was within 2 weeks. It’s now been more than 4 weeks and I don’t have my item. I’m concerned it’s a scam. The customer support is terrible. They give me a tracking number for an obscure website that actually gives me no option to see where the parcel is or how long it will take to get to me (it only tells me it’s in-transit). They also blame their Asian partner who apparently is responsible for sending my product to Australia and they think that’s an acceptable excuse (the Asian partners clearly speak poor English, refuse to understand that I’m not a male and don’t answer my direct questions). I’ve asked for a refund and get no reply. Looks like my only option is to claim back through my credit card provider

Very poor communication, waiting for about a two months without explaination on where my order was. No genuine email responses from customer service. Eventually had to contact visa to get my money back, product never recieved (just in processing).

They sent me the wrong item which took 4 weeks. I pay for shipping and send it back. They don’t refund my $140 as agreed. Thieves

Ordered bicycle seat on Feb. 3, 2018. Received order confirmation. Heard nothing. Sent e-mail of inquiry Feb. 7. Sent another on Feb. 11. Received response Feb. 13 promising a response the next day from Rose. Never received a response. Website still shows order as "processing." If I do not get a response I will dispute charge with American Express. Order #100023843

you show perfect pictures of/with the latest product version, less/zero product facts, and what do i get ?? -- (very)old product. after such a deal, I got big doubts that you are able, to handle in correct way (re-change etc...)

I did not recieve my order. Something went wrong by DHL. And BicycleHero did nothing to help me. So I am very dissapointed and will never buy anything from them in the future.

The delivery is so slow Phileas Fogg could have delivered it faster. The tracking is beyond a joke, it doesn't really track, it is shipped and then nothing. For the few pounds saved it is not worth it, I wish I had bought from a more reputable supplier. The email I sent asking for a refund hasn't been replied to. So really, do not use these charlatans, unless you are happy for another century to roll round before your items arrive.

Very poor customer service; not to be trusted. Bought a saddle from them and tried to return it. Couldn't access the online return form as it claimed I had nothing eligible to be returned which was not the case. Contacted them by e-mail and was twice told returns details would be sent to me but received nothing, since then my e-mails have not been responded to. Even if I was to receive the correct information from them I wouldn't now trust them to provide the refund once I returned the saddle. Won't go near this company again.

I placed an order in october and still have not received it. I have tried to make contact to check on the order numerous times and never got a response from anyone.
