I have paid extra for a 5-10 working delivery time. Web site says my order is still being processed. It is now at the 10 working day mark, no tracking information as yet. Where is my item ?

This store has a very low level of customer support. Even if there is a problem with the arrangement of goods, there is no contact at all until I point out. You had better not purchase at this shop.

We already sent you the tracking information by email. You should check the spam mail box because some mail system regards our email as spam because it has tracking link in the page.

order made and paid on December 21st 2018 and NOTHING RECEIVED despite several reminders and kind of promises. VERY LOUSY SERVICE AND COMPANY.

Because your credit card process takes much longer for safety, it was dispatched so late. Now it is in your local post office.

The seat I ordered still hasn't arrived it has been over a month so no I am not happy with your company, you are the worst I have dealt with. If it doesn't arrive today I will be sending you a legal letter requesting my money back and informing the world to your horrible business practices.

Useless. Forget using them. When my item was outside their delivery date range, I emailed them. They told me to pay more next time if you want it on time. NEVER AGAIN. Discount coupon is in the rubbish bin.

Made 2 really small orders to test site as some reviews not great. 1 order wont come up on the sites tracking and the other still says processing after 17 days. Tried to contact support but got no answer. I am going to wait a week before I dispute with paypal it most likely not ordering again.

Very dissatisfied with the transaction. The item ordered was to ship to the United States. The company stated 7-14 working day delivery. It was nearly a month. When it arrived it came with a European power plug, which I can not use. They want me to purchase an adapter. I would not recommend doing business with this company. The customer service if very poor.

Hi. Received the bag as per oder. Unfortunately i am very dissatisfied with the bag as i am strongly believe that this is not an original bag as advertised. Currently i owned 3 original AG osprey bag - atmos 65, aura 50 and mira 26. The one that purchased from your shop definitely has lower quality (the shoulder and waist pad) even the material is totally different. The size even smaller than my mira 26. I demand to have my money return and i will also return the bag to you as it is. This is very frustrating as i had asked you before purchased on its authethicity of the product. This is so unfair to mevbecause i had spent more that i should .. for the end result ..i get a fake bag. Please be responsible and return my money, otherwise neccesary action will be taken.

I Have placed an order over one month ago! i have not received the goods i have emailed on a number of times NO respond i got PAY Pal request a refund witch was refunded with in 1/2 hour.. NOT recommended.

Long and short of it this company is in an other country; there is NO one at the other end of the phone so all communications have to be by e-mail. ORDER at your own RISK Good thing I only had a small order and I only lost a little money, but I will continue to post as many reviews as possible. I ordered 2 Problem Solvers "Travel Agents w adj knob" in BLACK and received 1 item in SILVER. I contacted them as soon as I got the package. I received an e-mail quickly telling me that there would be a follow up. 3 weeks later no thing, i sent 2 other e-mails and no response, I asked for a return label and nothing. Basically I have an item that I can't use or return with no one to talk to
