Terrible. Don't even consider buying from them. Two months and no sign of my package. Nothing but excuses. Bicyclehero is a scam, not a real business. Have put in complaint with PayPal resolution centre.

Scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Unable to ship, no tracking, no delivery estimates, delays and excuses. Had to notify PayPal to get my money back.

They forgot an item in my order and instead of shipping me the item they refunded it to avoid the 12$ shipping cost. When I reached out nobody responded back. Very poor response time and short answers from customer service. Binachi chain lock had damage in rubber from clamp ties being to tight in packaging.

The website pictured a silver rear derailleur...received black (cannot use black)...told silver not available. I have been battling with this vendor for days with numerous requests for return label for the incorrect item. No luck yet. Nonexistent customer service....will need to open a dispute with Paypal.

I have not received my order as yet. I see no way to track the item in transit. I'm in the dark about it's whereabouts. Payment has been debited from my account.

Terrible unfortunately, I am very optomistic and was hoping for a smooth purchase but my bike brakes didn’t get mailed till 2 months and 3 emails after purchasing and delivered over 3 months later then original purchased date. I ordered brakes for my bike in the spring so I could enjoy the summer, and now the summer is almost gone. Summer...bummer... 👎

They are trying to sell items what they even haven't got in stock, by saying they've got one in stock. Then, cancel the order without any notification. So I called them, but none of them could speak in Japanese or enough English to communicate with. The worst site ever...

Those that can give more than 1 star are the lucky one's. I would have but my second order has been processing for over 6 weeks now. After contacting company they said they would refund if no status update. No refund or contact since.... Sorry bicycle hero I won't be ordering anything from you again.

Sorry for that. It is absolutely our fault. Because we handled your order based on your email address. So our customer support team did not check your order status. We just refunded all your payment of your second order.

According to the tracking information, Hermes UK tried to delivery it today. We already sent you the tracking information. Please check it. As you can see our shipping option, the standard shipping is very cheap and slow. If you need it urgently, you can choose the express shipment. Standard Delivery takes 13 work days from Korea to UK. We shipped it in 48hours.

Hello Sorry but your order was returned to us by Bulgarian Post. Because you gave us the address in Russian, but the international post system can accept only English. We already sent you the tracking information, You can contact to Bulgaria Post by your self. Or it will be returned to German EU custom clearance center. Please contact us as soon as possible. Sorry to delay the delivery. We sent you the Hermes UK tracking after passing EU custom clearance. Depending on the season, EU custom could take more days without any reason. Anyway your order is still moving. We will keep checking it every day.

I ordered some Sidi Caliper Adjuster Buckles on the 3 April 2019 and they have not arrived, i was told that the item may have been lost, and my money would be refunded in two days, despite this I am still waiting on a refund... I have had no reply from my last email asking for my money, boo. my advise is shop somewhere else.

Sorry for that. NewZealand Post seems lost your item. We need to get the confirmation of lose from NZ post. Unfortunately NZ post is not so fast to do it. Anyway we will refund all your payment if you do not receive it.

Ordered 4/2/19 and still haven't received my order. My first inquiry I was advised an item was out of stock and it my order would ship as soon as it arrived. My second inquiry I was told the item was no longer available and could I select something elese to meet the "free shipping" requirement... I did and no response. My 3rd inquiry I was told my email was mixed in with my other emails and they did not see my selection.... I was told my order would ship right away. Here we are 2 weeks later, my order shows shipped but no tracking number available. I just hope it arrives and when it does the items are as expected and not knock offs.

It seems delivered 28th April by Laposte of French Post. You already have the tracking number in your email box. If you cannot find it, please check your spam mailbox.

Your order was arrived at Amsterdam for EU custom clearance. We expect it will pass it in 2 days and forward to Greece on Monday. Wd will update the tracking information again.

I ordered a crankset on the 14th March 2019, it is now April the 3rd and still nothing has arrived. In this day an age this is ridiculous and you should not be selling online with up to 18 days delivery and more I have be patient enough. Not a happy customer.

Hello Sir Sorry but it seems delivered on 4th April by Hermes UK. I'm sorry to delay the delivery. All UK delivery from April, it seems delayed because of Brexit. Anyway you already have the tracking information. If you cannot find it, please check your spam mail box.

Delivery time was quoted as 10-18 days. After 18 days my pannier rack has still not arrived. So I may have to go cycle touring with a rucksack. Not good.
