“I wouldn't recommend this site to my worst enemy, no communication, no tracking, nothing worth dealing with. Two months waiting for my package, will be calling PayPal to report this borderline fraudulent company. Not worth the aggravation, not in this short lifetime on Earth. Run far away as possible before shopping here.”

Sorry for that. We already sent the mirror again. It is moving to USA by UPS. We expect you can get USPS tracking on this Friday. Sorry to delay the delivery. Covid makes the transaction from Germany to USA takes much longer than normal

“This was fraudulent advertising. Item showed case was for an iPhone 11 Pro. Then after ordering and paying, it showed Item as for iPhone 11. I finally received it and the case is too big. Not upfront with advertising and now I have to try to return it. Unless they fix this, I suggest not ordering from a company that’s not upfront.”

Hello What you mean? We just checked your order detail. It shows clearly you ordered case of iphone 11. We have the one for iphone 11 pro. It is the same price. Why we cheat you because of the same price item. If you still need iphone 11 pro version, you can return the item to our USA warehouse and order the correct one. BicycleHero

Sorry to delay the delivery. As you know, the corona made the standard delivery process takes a bit longer than before. According to the tracking information, your order was shipped from Amsterdam after passing the EU custom clearance. You can track it in Hermes Uk. From Korea to UK, takes 20days.

Sorry but the standard shipment takes very long delivery time for some place in USA. We tried to reship it again but it was failed. So we already refunded all your payment. We hope the corona disapeared sooon.

Depending on the item, we carry it in origin country. According to USPS tracking information, your order was delivered after 12 work days from your order date. We marked the estimated delivery date on the item description. It was shipped from Asia Center to USA in 12 work days. It is not bad in this corona circumstance. From Asia Center to EU, now it takes super delay. However do not worry about it. Now it seems back to normal. You can get your local tracking information in a few days.

Sorry to delay the delivery. Because of corona, it is much longer days from Asia Center to Greece by courier. We have to find the best solution for it. And we can guarantee the safety delivery. If you cannot get it, we will refund all your payment.

“I never received this. It was during Covid 19 so I understand that delivery was delayed, but this company took 2 weeks to respond to each email and then I got two emails saying the different things (one that the item had been send and another that I had been refunded). Yet the refund never appeared. I have been ripped off by this terrible service!”
