Never received my order, terrible communication and tracking was a dead end. I had to force refund in the end. Should not be allowed to sell internationally online. Buyers beware!!

I have been waiting a month and a half now for my order. When I try to check the tracking it loads an error page. I have emailed and was told a ticket was generated but I keep checking and no update. This has been my worst experience with buying online.

I have 2 oders, unfortunately 1 did not arrive, tracking shows still in korea pos in transit. order since 19/3/2020 #3300000312. gave order ticket but cannot log into support site. email few times no reply. Please Bicycle Hero, BE A HERO

As you can see the malay post tracking information, it was delivered after long delay. Sorry for that. Because of corona, the shipment was dispatched at the Feb returned. Now we already refunded the returned items and ship the new commercial airlines.

Never received item ordered. Have not heard from company since 14Apr, they have failed to reply to 3 different requests for information since then. Company ignored my request for refund.

I never received this. It was during Covid 19 so I understand that delivery was delayed, but this company took 2 weeks to respond to each email and then I got two emails saying the different things (one that the item had been send and another that I had been refunded). Yet the refund never appeared. I have been ripped off by this terrible service!

Absolute disgrace off a company, sent multiple emails with no response and after waiting a full month had no choice but to get a full refund via PayPal, would highly recommend to avoid at all cost.

Sorry to delay the delivery. It is still waiting for EU custom clearance in Amsterdam. Because of corona, all traffic is needed extra handling time. We will update the UK local tracking information soon.

When you placed the order, you can see the app delivery time. It is still moving at the cargo. You can get it in a few days.

The wrong item was sent to me. The packaging is also terrible. This store do not accept replacement and admit mistakes. I have a terrible experience. This store should never be used.

According to the tracking information, it was delivered. Sorry to delay the delivery. Because of Corona, all traffic was delayed a few weeks. Now EU are recovering from the Corona Damage.

Ordered on 20-2-20. Delivery supposed to be "10 - 20 working days." What a joke! Now 30 workings days later - Nothing except "processing". I sent an email to the company asking for a refund - automatic response - nothing since. Sounds like/acts like a SCAM.

Awful! Order placed last month. I cannot view my order and after several emails I got a response that because my item was liquid it was being held up. NOTHING is liquid in my order. After several more emails to confirm this I get no response from support. I'm wondering if this company is a fraud. Hopefully my refund request will be handled soon.
