Dreadfull! Order placed one month ago. error page displayed when trying to view my order on my account page. Several requests adressed to get shipping and tracking information, no answer from Customer service. I am starting to believe that this company is a fraud. Hopefully, my refund request will be handled and proove me wrong.

Sorry for that. However it is on the way you. We can see it was arrived at Amsterdam. We will update the Lapost tracking as soon as it passes the EU custom clearance. Because of airway delay from Corona, air flight to international decreased.

Ordered items in December, now end of Feb ( 2 months). Company charged visa but failed to deliver item. Mutliple emails to company. Poor to no communication. Customer no- service. Where are my items?

I bought a bottle of sixtus starter fluid and had it shipped in January. after three weeks i had to follow up with where is my stuff. I got a reply that they forgot that they couldn't send a liquid to a po box ???? So it was returned to bicyclehero. I asked them to resend it to me to my home address. After several more back and forth e-mails I got a confirmation it was resent but to who knows where. yesterday I got a follow up e-mail to ask if it arrived. It had not. They sent me a link to trac the package but no tracking number. today they sent a tracking number and it said it would be delivered today. So When i traced it UPS said that the post office refused it as it was not a valid address. I went to UPS to see if they had it in the distribution center with no luck. So two months have passed and both of their attempts to ship to me have failed. How could it be so had to send a 200 ml. /1.25 ounce bottle. unflipping believable. I want my money back. The worst customer service ever. I would be very hesitate to deal with these people.

Your order was shipped to Amsterdam for EU custom clearance. It is under the custom clearance process. As soon as it passes the process, you can track it by DHL German Post Website. We will update it when it is ready.

Have not received order. Several attempts to email with no response. Requested a refund with still no response. After reading other reviews I don’t hold any hope of receiving either. Buyer beware do not use.

Sorry for that. We tried to update the item location with the courier. However they cannot update it yet. We can ship it again without any extra cost or we can refund all your payment. Please let us know which you prefer.

I'm sorry to delay the delivery. According to the AU post tracking information, it was delivered on 28th Jan to SpringWood QLD. We reviewed the tracking information. It was delayed in Au custom clearance. Because of seasonal heavy load, it coud be dealyed in the process. From Korea to AU, it takes 14 days. Re Order No., 1710011149. No goods, no refund, no response to emails. I guess as 14 months has passed I'll have to give up. A huge risk dealing with this company. It's not a mistake I'll make again.

Sorry for that. According to the tracking information, your item was returned to us because of unmarked reason. We have tried to find the reason from EU custom office. But there were no reason. Sorry to delay the delivery. The replacement part was arrived at Amsterdam for EU custom clearance. We already claimed to the EU courier for custom clearance. As soon as they update it, we will notify by email again.

Sorry to delay the delivery. Your order was arrived at Sydney on 24th Dec. However all AU post delivery takes more than other season because of Fire. We will keep checking it with the courier. We will notify you again.

This is a fake site. I ordered a product 6 weeks ago. Useless tracking, they took my money. Don't reply to emails.

Sorry to delay the delivery. We just tried to track it wtih Royal Mail. However they cannot update it yet. We can track it was arrived at UK custom but it never updated. We just refunded all your payment. If you receive your order in the future, you do not need to return it to us.

No worry about it. We already refunded all your payment. From Nov, Royal Mail system shows some error. We just fix it. And we refunded all your payment.

I’d write a review If I received my order! I ordered the product at the end of September and it’s now end of November and it hasn’t turned up. Quick to take your money. Poor service.

I'm afraid I need to make another 1 star review for my Continental tires to Germany. Good to see BicycleHereo responding on my last review here that something went wrong, that the money will be refund and that I receive an automated E-mail for the refund. BUT: the money does not get charged back to my credit card account. And when checking by E-mail with BicycleHero what could have gone wrong: No response again. I do not get it. It is so easy to reply. Looks like I have to start the chargeback process for the Credit Card to get my money back. The BicycleHero bank will not like it.

Sorry to delay the delivery. Because EU custom clearance delay, the courier update the item was returned to us. We already refunded all your payment on Nov 14th to your credit card company. They will recredit the balance in their policy.

Sorry for this error. Those items were shipped from Germany to Germany. I think there were some error during the process. We just refunded all your payment. And when we find your item, we will update it again.

This website is a fraud. Money charged, product not arrived. Website cannot display order details and after initial couple of responses with empty promises which did not materialise, they stopped responding.

Impossible to get a satisfactory response from the company.ignore every email i send.ordered a stem 9 weeks ago payment was taken but no order received.i hinestly dont think it will arrive or i will have dffective communication with the company
