Long and short of it this company is in an other country; there is NO one at the other end of the phone so all communications have to be by e-mail. ORDER at your own RISK Good thing I only had a small order and I only lost a little money, but I will continue to post as many reviews as possible. I ordered 2 Problem Solvers "Travel Agents w adj knob" in BLACK and received 1 item in SILVER. I contacted them as soon as I got the package. I received an e-mail quickly telling me that there would be a follow up. 3 weeks later no thing, i sent 2 other e-mails and no response, I asked for a return label and nothing. Basically I have an item that I can't use or return with no one to talk to

Terrible! Took many weeks longer than the many weeks promised. They did not respond to enquires and when eventually the order arrived, it was incomplete. Look elsewhere.

I will never do business with this company again. I ordered a bicycle head light and tail light on September 5 with a stated delivery of 7 to 14 days they finally arrived on October 2. I tried to communicate with them on several occasions and it was very difficult or they were non responsive. Don't waste your time dealing with this company. Jim Snow

Bought a shimano octalink BB. Product was defective. I would have ruined my BB threads if I forced it. I tried to return/exchange it. I have not heard from them re return/exchange requests. Over 3 weeks now. Product was shipped from China. Do not buy from these guys.

I returned a pair of shoes in brand new condition weeks ago and still haven't received a refund. They were quick to communicate when I wanted to return the shoes, and issued me an RA with instructions I followed completely. After the tracking number shows the shoes arrived, I've sent multiple emails about the issue and have not received any communication. Please stay away from BicycleHero.com, they should not be trusted.

Terrible customer service. I was told by the manufacturer of my bicycle light that warranties must go through the seller so I contacted Bicycle Hero. They responded requesting photos of the item and a description of the problem. I promptly sent the requested info and they have not acknowledged my existence since despite multiple progressively frustrated follow-up emails. Any warranty is worthless when you buy from Bicycle Hero, I've been robbed of my replacement product.

I ordered my Deda bike stem on June 28 and received it Aug 1. Communication was poor and I had to contact the company multiple times to obtain a tracking number and to determine if the part was even shipped. I am a DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER !

The item I purchased was to be delivered in 7 - 14 days. IT WAS NOT SHIPPED UNTIL THREE WEEKS LATER ! It's now been 30 days since my purchase and i'm still waiting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! THEY ARE DISHONEST !

They promised my part in 7-14 days and were to send tracking information within three days of purchase. I did NOT hear from them in over two weeks and repeatedly contacted their support. They said the cargo plane broke down and would get back to me in two days... it never happened. It's been three weeks and the part has NOT been shipped yet! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Sent wrong size writing the XXL is like a US XL. Also the return process is a complete joke. Have to send reminders, delivery confirmations etc. Still no sign if I will get my right order or refund.
