“Lovely customer service staff. The Rothera jacket is fitted , feels lovely and is warm. It fits closer than many down jackets I’ve owned and so thicker layers make the sleeves particularly tight, but I’m fine with that, and could always have upsized otherwise.”

“I purchased the Rothera after much research. Other jackets I considered were from Rab, Patagonia, North Face and Canada Goose. The Rothera seemed much more substantial than Patagonia, Rab, and NF and much more stylish and functional for action than Canada Goose (and for about 30-40% less). In the end, I couldn't be happier about my purchase. The Rothera is warm, fits great; I can move in it. It looks fabulous on. the pockets are cozy, the hood is substantial. The details are spot on. It may not pack down quite as small as an ultra-light puffer but that was not what I was after.”

“Was visiting the UK when I ran across this store. I bought a tee shirt and hat for my husband for his Christmas stocking. He loves Ernest Shackleton The store was so cool and the people who worked there were very friendly. They even had tiny mince pies out for the holiday. Love the quality of the items I bought. Rugged looking and very nice. I was accidentally charged for a long sleeved shirt but found out when I left the store, I received a short sleeved one. They refunded the price difference immediately”

“I have a number of Shackleton's products across their range and they are in my opinion excellent in terms of quality and design. Great customer service too! Only issue is with Royal Mail and their tendency to not deliver as scheduled - Shackleton definitely 5 stars, Royal Mail somewhat less....”

“I made a request of Sarah in customer service about my gilet where the zip connect had broken. I sent photos as requested and filled in a form she asked if I would give details. Since then nothing. Would you ask her what else I need to do. Thanks. I believe you have my details on record. I don’t want to lose the effect of the gilet. Bryan Stone.”
