“Bought the Lister Merino Long Sleeve T-shirt Women as wanted a thin but warm base-layer. It is perfect - soft, easy to wear under other clothing and great for warmth without bulk. Bought in store and the in-store staff were extremely helpful. It does come up bigger than I expected so I ended up buying a small and was glad to have the chance to try on different sizes. Washes really well too.”

“I purchased my first Shackleton product after visiting the store in London. I am experienced in the outdoor clothing world, and purchase outdoor clothing for another nations military. I found my product was nice, but slightly overpriced to compete with other brands. I will consider Shackleton in the future and would buy more if the prices come down a bit more. The London store staff were extremely friendly and spoke well of the owner.”

“I recently bought the Halley jacket, fit is good and the jacket is generally well made and the quality of materials good. However the zip extension on the main zip broke off within 3 weeks of owning the jacket. This was dealt with quickly by customer services and a replacement sent out, but not what I was expecting after such a brief period.”

“Lovely quality sweater. Bought it for my husbands birthday and he’s extremely happy with it. Delivery was fast. Very happy with purchase and service. Just wish they could cater a larger range for women. I highly recommend Shackleton and no doubt will order again.”

“Given Ernest Shackleton is one of the great britons I always meant to go into the London shop when I came to visit. I'm glad I did this time in so many ways. First their products are stylish, reasonably priced and by the very nature niche. The staff are very helpful not merely taking sales etc, but they are passionate about the brand and the man (Ernest Shackleton), Their enthusiasm bred enthusiasm in me (win-win). Bought a couple of items which I'll wear with pride/pleasure. I always visit this shop/brand now. The best!”

“Purchased two Heath Merino T Shirts and really happy with the quality, definitely will be buying more Shackleton products as they are first class, having visited the shop in London the staff were very knowledgeable on the history of the name and the products.”

“Really impressed with the Nelson merino base layer; fits well, looks great, and performs excellently, keeping me warm on a recent sailing trip to the colder reaches of Scotland. This is the second one I've purchsed, and I'll definitely be coming back for more!”
