“I have been lucky enough to recently acquire 2 Shackleton jackets (a Haakon and a Rothera) - the quality and design is fantastic and the customer service outstanding. A special call-out to Sarah who went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I was 100% happy. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Shackleton and their products!”

“The gillet is really nicely made, as you’d expect at this price point. It’s warm enough, but not warm?!?! There are a few bits I’d tweak… Shackleton should have more confidence in the branding and not feel the need to emblazon the piece with the name/stories. The hemming and the ‘story’ labels are a bit much. It’s already a nice garment, it doesn’t need the extra waffle…”

“I had the Haakon Parka. I very much appreciate the firm fabric and the down filling. I little bit annyoing is the fact that the hook and loop fastener is so adhesive that it immediately sticks to other garments like a pullover when you put the parka on.”
