“My interaction with Shackleton from start to finish was excellent, information on the product sizing, ease of purchase, information on delivery….. product itself as expected from a premier brand is first class, the jackets design, material quality and stylish finish leaves you knowing you have bought something a little different to the other jackets on the markets at similar pricing…. With Shackleton Your not following the fashion trends of the everyday sheep your setting your own”

“Last item I bought was a wool jumper. On the face of it it arrived crumpled and creased. It looked almost as if it had been worn already and returned. Not so impressed. I have a jacket which came perfectly delivered and no issues”

“I am astonished with the level of detail, quality and aesthetics of this jacket. I was unaware of this company as we live in Canada and Ii usually purchase from Arc'Teryx, Patagonia and Canada Goose. I have spread the word on regarding Shackleton. To be honest, I am SO SOLD on your products, I wish I could be involved in being a Canadian ambassador! It is quite unbeleivable that a product such as yours doesn't have North American penetration considering the potential!”

“My Hero Sweater for Sailing has proved invaluable in the very cool start of Season. I wore it every day on recent long weekend trip. Far warmer and more comfortable than my usual "tech wear " sailing gear. Wool is the future!”

“Bought a Lockroy for a trip to Iceland and Canada. Performance and design exceeded expectations - totally confident in extremes of cold, high winds and heavy rain. Side zips gave easy access to fleece and trouser pockets without exposing body to wind chill. Numerous other benefits from snorkel design to dual pockets. Only improvement I could think of would be thumb holes in cuffs so as to retain maximum hand protection when using camera without gloves. Will now be my go to for similar trips and the worst Cumbria has to offer. Subsequently ordered several other Shackleton products which arrived promptly via tracked delivery and all appear of high quality. Would certainly recommend the brand based on quality, design, customer focus, its backstory and ethical support for the planet.”

“I absolutely Love the Rothera down jacket. The quality of the garment is second to none , from the fabrics and design to every fine detail. It is very warm , yet light and packable. One of my all time favourite jackets I have ever owned. Luckily I managed to purchase it at a good price during the sale.”

“This is for order #16171 The Brompton Merino Beanie arrive a bit crumpled and I wondered if was a return. As it was the end of season and I just couldn’t be bothered to make a fuss, it took it as a loss and helped make up my mind to be reluctant to purchase clothing online. The irony is that I am a proud owner, and a constant user, of your Rothera jacket which I bought in person at the Piccadilly store. I ordered the beanie to wear with the jacket. I have used the beanie twice. Disappointed about the condition the beanie. I would recommend in person purchases for your jackets.”
