“I have a number of Shackleton's products across their range and they are in my opinion excellent in terms of quality and design. Great customer service too! Only issue is with Royal Mail and their tendency to not deliver as scheduled - Shackleton definitely 5 stars, Royal Mail somewhat less....”

“I made a request of Sarah in customer service about my gilet where the zip connect had broken. I sent photos as requested and filled in a form she asked if I would give details. Since then nothing. Would you ask her what else I need to do. Thanks. I believe you have my details on record. I don’t want to lose the effect of the gilet. Bryan Stone.”

“I received a Caird cashmere sweater as a present from my wife. What a thing of beauty it is,with lots of detailed knitting to reinforce elbows and as a different texture round hem. The merino ,cashmere blend is warm and very soft to the touch. All in all a quality item.”

“Bought a gilet for my husband for Christmas. Very quick process for ordering & delivery on time. I emailed the team enquiring about Christmas time returns (in case it didn’t fit) & they responded very quickly & efficiently. No need as it fits perfectly & my husband loves it!”

“HAAKON PARKA: tested in Lapland: - 30 ºC. Very warm,windstopper and comfortable (this is not a light garment but you can manage it perfectly).A lot of good details. Cons: I miss 2 backpack straps to carry the garment indoors. And I also miss a cover to store the parka during not use seasons Very happy with this parka”

“Bought the Nimrod jumper, it’s very good, I work in many different locations around the world, I left on New Year’s Day from London and wore it on the way to the Airport, it kept me cosy in the cold weather I’m currently in Morroco where the evenings are cooler than normal it’s keeping me just right!”

“I stumbled across Shackleton in my search for a perfect winter jacket and wow did I make the right choice. The rothera jacket is absolutely perfect, I own Canada goose, nobis, north face and few others. This jacket is on par if not better than those brands when comparing quality of materials, warmth is not even a question aswell. This is an amazing jacket for the cost, highly recommended.”

“The jacket I bought is a very good but has a very small issue that needs to be fixed like the size of the arm is over size a bit and the finishing of the jacket needs to be looked at because there is some threads I had to cut.”
