“Well, because I am a complete muppet I washed it in the machine on a wool setting and shrunk so I have had to secretly buy him another and hope he does not notice. Next time most definately the dry cleaners!”

“The packaging and presentation was what I was testing as a potential investor. I was very underwhelmed. I only purchased an undershirt and it seemed fine. Functional, not premium. The whole experience was far less luxurious than the website’s slick aesthetic and product pricing had suggested.”

It looks from your picture like our original packaging has been damaged in transit and has been replaced by DHL packaging at some point on its journey to you in Australia. Please be assured that we take the utmost care in the packing and presentation of every order but unfortunately on this occasion it looks like our shipping partner has been less than careful. “Absolutely love the quality and comfort of the sweater I bought. I wear it every other day and it is perfect by itself without a jacket on some days in the cold Canadian winter. I also love the connection to the story of Shackleton. I'm looking forward to getting more pieces and am seriously looking at the expeditions offered.”
