“I like my Shackleton Haakon. It's not as warm as the Arctic Canada Goose I had, (and sold), but therefore more versatile when conditions aren't massively sub-zero. I can always wear my Ross gilet underneath if the extra insulation is needed. The pit zips are a great feature, too. Pride of ownership was enhanced when I saw them on the BBC being worn by the pole to pole electric car expedition.”

“Had an old Rothera jacket (chalk) and the zipper broke off. I used the repair service but they couldn't fix. Gave me a complimentary replacement from their warehouse store. Fantastic service and brilliant to see in these times.”

“I absolutely love the Lister t'shirt. So soft and warm yet light to wear. I've worn it every day since it arrived. And the service was excellent. Ordered Friday afternoon and received it Saturday morning in time to watch my daughter play football. Can't fault the product or the service.”
