“Was visiting the UK when I ran across this store. I bought a tee shirt and hat for my husband for his Christmas stocking. He loves Ernest Shackleton The store was so cool and the people who worked there were very friendly. They even had tiny mince pies out for the holiday. Love the quality of the items I bought. Rugged looking and very nice. I was accidentally charged for a long sleeved shirt but found out when I left the store, I received a short sleeved one. They refunded the price difference immediately”

“I have a number of Shackleton's products across their range and they are in my opinion excellent in terms of quality and design. Great customer service too! Only issue is with Royal Mail and their tendency to not deliver as scheduled - Shackleton definitely 5 stars, Royal Mail somewhat less....”

“I made a request of Sarah in customer service about my gilet where the zip connect had broken. I sent photos as requested and filled in a form she asked if I would give details. Since then nothing. Would you ask her what else I need to do. Thanks. I believe you have my details on record. I don’t want to lose the effect of the gilet. Bryan Stone.”

“I received a Caird cashmere sweater as a present from my wife. What a thing of beauty it is,with lots of detailed knitting to reinforce elbows and as a different texture round hem. The merino ,cashmere blend is warm and very soft to the touch. All in all a quality item.”

“Bought a gilet for my husband for Christmas. Very quick process for ordering & delivery on time. I emailed the team enquiring about Christmas time returns (in case it didn’t fit) & they responded very quickly & efficiently. No need as it fits perfectly & my husband loves it!”
