“I now own several Shackleton products and all are very good quality and different in style to your average shop, my latest edition being the Rothera jacket which I'm loving, perfect fit and comfortable. I have worn it in -1 degree with base layers and it's warm, plenty of pockets in the right place and feels snug with windproofing built in. Shackleton staff are excellent offering great customer service.”

“I recently bought myself a Shackleton smock just after Christmas and soon wondered how i ever managed without it.I have worn it in wet weather,cold and high winds and have found it to be extremely versatile and well made.It is very rugged and durable and is now my go-to wet weather coat. It is easily the most expensive single garment i have ever purchased,but i would have no hesitation in recommending the brand to others, particularly anyone who likes lengthy outdoor pursuits.”

“I love my Vostok (A.L.S.) Parka, it's a heavyweight cold-weather parka, which has room for an extra chunky knit sweater underneath. It is perfect for winter walking, although wouldn’t look out of place on the deck of a submarine in the North Sea. The quality of the material has a superior feel to it and has plenty of deep fill pockets, which is great, as I am a photographer and like to keep equipment close to hand when out shooting. I would however have liked extra hand pockets at hip level for when I need to keep my hands warm and protected from the elements.”

“Quality.I have purchased the explorer jacket , and the lockrock parka with scarf .these are extremely well made and of high standards.items were delivered very prompt .also when I spoke to customer service they were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you .will definitely be buying this brand again .”

“I have purchased a winter coat for my wife as well as three cashmere hats, all of which have been stolen (by obviously envious people!) I am delighted with the products as well as the first class service! Just as soon as there is a sale I shall be buying I shall be buying another cashmere hat.”
