“I purchased a Shackleton jumper and socks. Fantastic quality and presented in a very nice box with wrapping paper, Shackleton logo, nicely printed leaflets, photo and brochure. I will definitely purchase another Shackleton jumper, this time in grey and await the orange parka to come back in stock too. Many thanks for a 1st Class Service and most of all quality products. “I ordered two jackets and have tried to send one back. After 4 emails I had no response. Zero communication despite the returns policy saying that I could return. Eventually spike to a person at the London store - found number online. Poor after sales.”

“I have recently purchased a Ronne down jacket and I'm really impressed with the quality and design of this product. There's plenty of warmth for the great outdoors but the jacket is also stylish enough to wear down the pub. Pockets are really well thought out and the zips look like they'll last forever. The fit is perfect for me. Ordering via the website was simple and delivery was very quick.”

“I wanted to pick up the Ross Gilet and had a chance to try it and buy it in person in Regent Street. The two guys in the store were helpful and sound. The Gilet is warm and fits well. Not so sure about the iron on logo on the chest, not premium, but can live with that. Was disappointed however less than two weeks after purchasing that the hanging strap used to hang up the Gilet on a hook had torn away at one end, with no particular pressure or weight.”
