“Firstly, the quality of the product is second to none. I must admit I have not used it in an extreme location yet! But in sub zero conditions in remote Northumberland it was extremely warm and dry. The fit is excellent, im a 45 inch chest and the large is perfect. The price is a high, but I wanted to purchase a British product that was both unique and high quality, This is it. Packaging was fantastic and the little touches such as the hand written thank-you matter. In summary beautiful product from exciting British brand. Will be buying more items from them.”

“I ordered a scarf from Shackleton and was impressed with their level of service. They kept me informed every step of the way and delivery was very swift. On opening the delivery box the item was very nicely wrapped and included, along with some interesting printed material about the brand, was a hand written postcard saying that they hoped I enjoyed the product - a really great touch!”

“First order done with Shackleton, I purchased an Endurance Down Parka as a Christmas gift for me father. The ordering and delivery process was first rate, the jacket arrived in Ireland 2 days after the order. The jacket looks fantastic but hasn’t been worn yet. It is great to support a new business pushing the boundaries so much and obviously pushing the quality via the price point. Only gripe is that my size of XXL isn’t available in some of the jackets I was looking at for myself. Well done guys and I will buy a jacket for myself once you get the sizes in.”

“My Caird Cashmere sweater in gray is the coolest sweater I have ever bought, refined, casual and with refined details on the sleeves, elbows and shoulders, nice soft and warm, yes my wife will constantly touch my sweater and send me loving looks to me when I wear it. A black version would also be cool and so for a pair of blavk jeans and chelsea boots. Best wishes Vitus”

“I bought a light jacket recently, received it quickly, and have worn it several times in this autumn weather. It's fine so far - with only chilly temperatures and drizzle there hasn't been much yet to challenge it's winter worthiness. That said, I'm happy with my purchase and looking to buy more from your company.”
