“I have recently purchased a few pieces from Shackleton. The brand is new to me but the team, service, design, cut and the quality are all absolutely first class. I am still finding neat little touches that really set them apart. I have not exactly tested them to destruction yet, but they superb garments from a fledgling British brand with a great ethos. “My order got lost.shackleton couldn’t find it with the tracking number.so what did Shackleton do since what I ordered was no longer available.they upgraded my order with the nimrod & hero sweater & Vincent baselayer ..this really blew my mind.i never had a company do this for me.bravo to Shackleton .best customer service & best quality products.thank you again for going above &beyond.”

“Had to return the first item because I ordered the wrong size. Slight delay in sending out the replacement but I was given a free scarf to compensate. No hesitation in recommending Shackleton - nice people, good customer service and excellent products.”

“I’ve had the photographer’s jacket for 2 weeks. The temperature in Chicago has been 24-45 degrees during this time so I haven’t yet experienced extreme temperatures. The jacket seems very warm though. I like the design very much and love the large pockets as a photographer. I do wish there was a waist cinch to tighten the fit a little. My only complaint is it’s a little tight under the arms because of the high zipper placement. Overall, I’m happy with the jacket so far.”
