“I have purchased several sweaters from Shackleton and the product quality is excellent. However unfortunately the last order I placed for two sweaters did not go so well. I am still waiting for the delivery of the Nelson Merion Base Layer that I ordered? The first sweater arrived in mid-December and I am still waiting for the second? However, I believe their products are excellent and I would recommend them to a friend.”

“After purchasing the first Shackleton (Endurance), I was so impressed with the quality and features, I had to get the Escape and the Pilot — all for different purposes. My favourite is the Escape, not only because of the colour (orange), but it is incredibly warm and toasty. Practicality and features were the driving factors, but also great style. I have owned many different makers of down parkas, and Shackleton is among the very best.”

“This is an absolutely amazing coat! Light, non-restrictive for movement and yet incredibly warm. I've already tested it in -12 degrees C and felt warm and protected from the elements.”

“I accidentaly ordered 2 items. I immediately contacted the email address to get a returns label as specified on the web site. I emailed a second time then I emailed the info contact email address. Its been nearly 2 weeks and I still haven't had a reply. The goods are fine and delivery was OK to, butI would think that a repeat order of exactly the same item should have raised a question which could have stopped a repeat order. However There is no customer service to sort out the mistake.”

“Huge fan of the Shackleton brand. My dad used to tell me of the legend of Shackleton and gifted me an old bottle of his whiskey on my grad day, along with the merino base layer from you guys! Very breathable, comfortable, good stretch. Only thing is my old navy merino gained a couple holes in it over time. Had to retire that one:( Other then that, I believe you guys can make some great Henley s with the material you work with. Hope this helps!”

“I was really interested in the retail store first (due to the replica) and then the products. The replica was amazing and the store was fine (could use some more wall graphics or some decorations) but assuming this was due to the fact the store just opened. As for the products I ended up buying a sweater. Would have loved to buy more but think that the prices are a bit steep. It would also be nice to see some women’s knitwear. Overall I love the brand and it resonates with me. I’m hoping it’s super successful!!!”

“Well, I’d looked at knitted winter wear, and I have to say I stumbled upon Shackletons for something significant, warm and comfortable, as well as meaningful and memorable to wear as well as stylish, and cool to be seen in, so I’m not disappointed or sorry that I invested in this jumper that signifies a part of history, as well as something amazingly brilliant, warm and super smooth to be seen in. Thanks again I have plans to invest further!!”

“Difficulties are just things to overcome, after all. But they’re easier to overcome in a Shackleton jacket or jumper or base layer or hat. In a world going to S*#t it’s great to see a new young brand battling through and if you haven’t bought from them yet, why not. The quality of the jackets and knitwear is exemplary I can’t fault it. “After a somewhat delayed delivery to which we were compensated, I have to say that the Pilot All Conditions Parka we purchased is well worth the money, it is extremely well made, looks great and is very practical. My partner has already received many compliments about it. The customer service received from Jamie was exceptional and I have to say I would definitely purchase from this company again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them either. We were also lucky enough to have an item from their knitwear range, the jumper is soft, warm and very stylish. All in all, we are very satisfied with our purchase - thank you Shackleton!”
