“My wife had a hearing aid fitted in Norwich and was advised to wear it for a fortnight to see how she got on with it. As she had had a chlestiotoma op previously she found that the aid was too uncomfortable in that particular ear so took them back to Specsavers who refunded her immediately with no problems.
