Order my shoes from them it took way longer to deliver than expected. When they did the shipping company delivered on the wrong address. Not being enough, I’ve waited 10 days for a management team to give me a call and update me on the cases. All I got was a we don’t have the shoe anymore and didn’t offered anyway to assist me. Honestly, any interaction with every single customer representative sounded so burocrático and lack of knowledge of what I seems to be a very straight foward scenario.

You can only use two gift cards online at once and they do not combine balances for gift cards through customer service. The people who work at customer service lack in the customer service and intelligence department or is that the company itself? Take your business elsewhere.

I just ordered a series of things online roughly a week ago due to the lockdown and retail stores being closed. I just received my order today and unfortunately there's no receipt or return label instructions whatsoever inside my package. I tried on my items and unfortunately have to return them because I have a long torso and all of these medium sized shirts are too small in length. I called customer service and explained my situation and they stated that due to COVID they aren't including these things inside packaging. Why? This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever! All other companies include this so why not Sport Chek? This is actually making a lot more work for the customer to then have to reach out to you and then request an email version. The representative sent me the email but there's then a link inside the email for the return label which he didn't know about or know how to navigate to get to the actual return label. I then asked him if it's free return label and then he said no that I would have to pay for the return out of pocket. For a company/companies NOT offering this especially during these unprecedented times due to COVID and lockdowns and restrictions is unbelievable! I personally will never order online with Sport Chek ever again!!!

Went specially to sports check to encourage a Canadian company. Research the product I wanted, selected the size, then payment...2 days later to get an email that my order was cancel as the product was not available...went through that whole exercise for nothing...what a waste of my time. If a product is not available...take it off your selection...and this is not the first time this happens...but this is last...I’ll shop somewhere else.

"Item only available for in store purchase." Only curbside pickup is allowed though...how am I supposed to purchase the item?

Very poor service. Ordered online for tennis kit including tennis racket, bag , dampener total around 170$. Firstly ,received just half order,in which babolate racket have some issues with the sound since day 1. Remaining order they tried to deliver after 1 month, but not received- they use loomies express for online delivery! Had to call 15 times to retrieve order (to find my status of the order) When tried to call sports check they told me call loomies express, when called loomies express, was told to call sports check again as they cancelled the order. Moreover, they put the note on my account saying, customer not at home(did not received call from deliver,nor my door was knocked). Did not get satisfied answer and after 1.5 month got my half money back in the account.

The said so many horrible things to me the second I walked in that store I was nonstoped sexually harassed by the employees. They also sold the bike I bought. I am very not happy

Worst service!! I ordered 8 boxes of vitamins, 7 of those were akl expired. I returned it and the store helped in placing an order again. Delivery was fast, but all of the 5 boxes I ordered were all expired!!!

went to the new sudbury shopping center about a month ago...left after 15 minutes....no service...went back again today...5 different salespersons passed bu me,some twice,incluging 2 managers...not one asked me if i needed help...walked out again...went to the south end store..wasgreeted by the manager who then diected me to the shoes area,,,there i was approached by a young salesperson...i was out in 5 minutes with a pair of shoes...what a difference...avoid the new sudbury store

completely garbage store, i bought a $1000 bike and the derailer broke when it just fell to the ground, i went to the store to fix it and they said they couldn’t because they didnt have any in stock, and that was last year. they still dont have anything in stock which is stupid because its a sport store and is it really hard to order just one. they made us buy everything and they still say they cant fix it for some bull reason. never buy your bikes here

Worst customer service. Order a pair of shoes for my fiance, the time I placed the order it showed item will arrive within 3-7 business days. But now I can see it is arriving after 20 days I’ve placed the order. I called them to fix this for me so that I can surprise my fiance with a pair of shoes on his birthday and the girl I was talking to was super rude and said sportcheck can’t do anything & I will have to wait for it and return it when It will arrive. And she said she did left a note for canada post to speed up the process but I know Canada Post does not do that because before calling her I called canada post and they said they can’t help it. I told her that I will stay on call until u get a response back from canada post and without saying anything she put me on a hold. I felt so disrespectful. This is so bad. They should know how to respect their customers who are giving them business

The worst customer service ever. I made online purchase on February 11and I never get my package until now. I called to report that I haven’t received anything, but they never solved the problem. Someone supposed to solve the problem after my call, but I surprisedly sent me email saying that my purchase with them was successfully completed!!! What? Seriously? And they said if you have questions call them ?? Are you kidding me? They made me call every other day and wait and wait for nothing. I’m still until now didn’t receive either refund of the amount I paid or the item that never arrived. They are just wasting my time every day by calling them, and no one is fallowing up to solve the problem. It was my mistake buying from this company and will never happened again.

Absolute thieves. Never buy anything online from them. I ordered cross country ski equipment and my order has been in limbo for 2 two weeks. When I called them, they said I could not cancel my order and that they will put someone to investigate it. They will get back to me in two weeks. They probably do not have stock and they are keeping my money, not helping me and I do not need the equipment anymore. I bought it because they promised 5-7 days delivery. Service attentand was cocky, disrespectul and useless. What a bunch of thieves. Avoid at all costs. I still have no answer after calling and no indication of any resolution. Typical thief behavior! Buy form MEC or Sail. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Went to sports check here in prince George bc spent 15 min chasing staff trying to. Get help in the sports department finally i just went to the front desk because the phone number to the phone was no longer in service and asked for the manager she came out back up poor adatud making excuses for he r staff and argued with me infant of the outher staff so I just left and won't be going back

Waited too long to buy a hoodie at a store so planned to order the same one online. The price was a dollar or so more when I tried to order so didn’t buy it. Last week, I needed a pair of gloves for my daughter due to cold freeze - confirmed they had stock at a nearby store so went to buy it. Signage at the store excluded the gloves I wanted to buy based on prices ending in so many cents but I doubled check it on my phone, grabbed the pair and went to pay. Sure enough price was cheaper in store than online - quite annoying.

Poor quality garments when ordering online. Bought 4 Nike items on 5 different occasions and quality was substanded, which will be returned. Will never order online again.

We ordered a stick online for pick up, somehow the platform switched it to delivery costing an additional fee. When calling to switch for pick up i was told " it has been slightly over an hour so we can't help you" definitely disappointed in the customer service. I will never shop at sport chek again the place is a joke.
