Worst customer service ever , have sent numerous emails still no reply back , all I want is a refund as the tracksuit was a gift and now it’s no longer needed as the birthday was two weeks ago , but nobody will reply to me ,so disappointing will never shop again with sports direct ,so think twice before using this company ur throwing your money away

Don’t recommend sports direct their delivery charge is £5 which is so expensive compare to most shops. If you get the wrong order you have to send back at your own cost again. And if you go in store you can’t get a refund just a credit note. Be careful ordering heavy item you might end up just waste your money

Just been to the prestatyn store. Bought the 2 for £12 boxer's. Only to get home, open one and find there to be no boxer's inside. It would cost me more just in fuel to get back the to return so I'm just not gonna shop there ever again.

Don't buy from them. Has WRONG SIZES in the website and won't admit mistake. I bought a pair of shoes from them and in their website they claim that it is a European size 45. However, when I finally got it is a size 44. There is no ambiguity! It has a huge sticker in the box and it says it also says 44 in the shoe tongue. But somehow they won't take any responsibility. And I'm sure this happens all the time. If they made a mistake with me they can make with you too. They are ADVERTISING THE WRONG SIZES IN THE WEBSITE.

If I could rate sportsdirect 0 stars I would. I am tired of the poor customer service and poor company policies. Sportsdirect do not care acout their customers. They do the worse job they can and seem proud of it. I ordered 3 trainers for someone, 1 of the trainers were on pre-order and I was ok with that because the two I ordered were in stock. All other sensible company would mail the order that is available and when the pre-order comes in stock then mail that to the customer. Even to hold the 2 available order until the pre-order is available as a basic efficiency operation. But since no one at Sportdirect care about the customer no such basic procedure is in place. What did they do? They held my orders for almost a month. Then after, I receive a notification that my order was picked up to be delivered. Then I received an email say one of the trainers that was available in the beginning of my order was not available when they decided to finally ship the item I paid for already. Apparently it is a policy to hold available good until they are no longer in stock just to ensure we give the worse service and the operate at their worse. I am very angry as I need them for a project and I was already waiting for weeks. I wont be shopping with sportsdirect because of their ridiculous policy against good customer service. There online chat service is useless just replace it an automated response because that is basically what it is.. Just no regard for customers.

Must be the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Paid £7.99 for next day delivery for some items I needed urgently. Items didn’t arrive next day so I tried to cancel the order- they do not have a phone number?!?! No response to email. I went out and purchased the items. Still no response on cancelling the delivery I no longer needed. Items now arrive 4 days late and I’m told it can’t be cancelled but only returned for a voucher as they don’t do cash refunds. I’m done with Sports Direct. Quite frankly reading other reviews on Twitter, this seems standard practice.

Still not received my refund for the trainers I returned special signed for. The wrong trainers, that I had to pay to return because they are incompetent. Where is my refund sports direct? AVOID this company like the plague. They tell you to email their customer service number because they don't have a phone number, and then they don't bother to respond.

Absolutely awful customer service. I was sent the wrong colour shoes, and customer service were not only rude, they said I would have to pay for the return myself. Got rude and unhelpful messages from someone called Charlotte on the chatbot as they don't have a customer service phone number. Style and colour are not the same thing. Do not use Sports direct!!! Worst company ever in my experience. They act like they are a budget brand, but sell premium sports brands at premium prices. The whole thing is a so poor its criminal.

you think that after having a terrible experience the first time one will not try a second. Well lets see how many times can one be disappointed and angry with a company (2 out of 2 is the score for me so far) Long story sort. Done an order 13/09/21 with next day delivery. Parcel did not arrived next day, or day after or day after that either. A week later I contacted sportdirect with their chat system since no telephone line there anymore, and ask for my package. Been told they will talk with the courier about it. A week after that (today 27/09/21) i tried again to contact with their chat. i got no different answer that week ago. Obvious they told me that they will do something for the package but there was no update. So i asked kindly for a refund. It is 2 weeks that i have done the order, it feels like a month, and i feel i will never receive it. The chat person told me no refund can be processed at the moment, but after they do thee talk can take another 5 days to have an update. I asked again kindly for a copy of a policy that protects me as a customer in cases like this. I have not received the item. The refund period is 28 days, and i honestly i see this window closing. I got no answer to that either, even when i (again kindly) offered a day for them to find the policy. It honestly does not seem different experience than ordering from wish.com you place your order and wait a month with the hope you will receive something and not got scammed..

My order still hasn't arrived after nearly a month of waiting. No way of contacting them via phone and they won't respond to my emails. Feels like a complete scam company with no actual customer service department. Looking for a full refund and they won't even reply to me!

Not possible to put zero stars ! Ordered online 24 August as the trainers could not be found in my local sports direct store in the size needed. Few weeks later still no sign. Found out they're stuck at customs still on the UK side and noone knows when they'll be released. Its 2 pais kids trainers full price and under 150e so there's no customs duty even after brexit. There's no possibility to cancel this order either which is ridiculous as these were needed for school which meant I've had to go out and pay again for trainers so I won't need these when /if they ever arise. Nm that my kids will probably be grown out of them by the time they come . Will NEVER order from here again. Any one in Ireland should avoid like the rona!

Bought a T shirt in Southampton store, I could not try it on in store as I have a very bad shoulder and I was very hot and sticky. on getting it home after having had a shower I tried it on and it was far too big. I tried to return it in store for a refund and I was told I was not entitled to a refund as I could have tried it on in store, as far as I could ascertain the changing room was not disinfected between uses. I called the shop manageress and she was very arrogant and rude, when I said I would take it further she replied she did not care. When I complained about her attitude again she replied she did not care, I said that her attitude was very rude and that I had two witnesses to what she had said and again she replied she did not care and the two shop assistances would say what she told them to say. I have spent well over a £600.00 in the last few months. I will never purchase another item from sports direct again.

My click /collect voucher was 4 days over expiry date. Yes, my fault but l'd had a lot going on, losing family to Covid. I contacted Sport Direct who were not prepared to extend the voucher. Very disappointed with the ethics of this company

I ordered myself and my son some trainers among a couple of other items. The main item was my sons trainers as he needs them for school so I used express delivery. Unfortunately they were cancelled off the order I realised when the order arrived. They had sent an email saying the item had been cancelled due to being out of stock, I realised after delivery.I was quite annoyed as that was the main, important item I needed. But much to my surprise I received a phone call from sports direct explain that they had technical issues with the computer system, that in fact there are plenty in stock and she's sending me a free express delivery code so I am able to reorder them. I'm so impressed that they contacted me and rectified it before me having to get in touch with them. Mandy from customer service was great. Really pleased that although i encountered a problem it was fixed straight away. Other companies need to take a leaf from your book. Happy customer. Thankyou.

Absolutely dreadful! - paid £7.99 for next day delivery and they cancelled all of my order except for a £3 item but they won’t refund any postage costs or send alternative products for the items they cancelled. I wouldn’t have ordered anything if they had said items some were out of stock and I especially don’t appreciate being charged the full £7.99 delivery cost for a £3 item that is no use without the cancelled items. The customer service agents attitude was rude, unfriendly and unhelpful and impersonal as you can’t actually talk to a person only use a online chat if you can get by the automated robot.
