Good overall but delivery is expensive and charging 4.99 to click and collect in store is outrageous puts me off using you and the fact that when you return goods with tags on and full receipt after couple days and cannot get refund only credit note is disgraceful I do not use your shops unless I buy gifts and someone has asked me to use you

Dreadful service. I ordered a pair of runners as a Christmas present 3 weeks ago. Delivery company claiming they were delivered when they weren't. I contacted the delivery company (Fastway) 2 weeks ago and no response to date. Contacted Sports Direct 6 days ago and still no information about where my order is

The products are generally good but the website's fitting guide doesn't work sometimes - I'm sure there will be a fix soon. Overall 4/5.

A Nike tracksuit is missing from my online order. Can't get hold of anybody by phone and it's been 2 days since emailing customer service and no response. This item said it was on my order but not with the other 4 items very dissatisfied.

Avoid sports direct if you want to be ripped off this is the company. Told we could exchange or get a credit note if not right for Christmas present.Found out that she didn’t like the items went to exchange told out of 30 day guarantee.Daughter now has lost her Christmas present. I can accept they don’t do refunds but these scammers are misleading customers Manager was a little weasel egging on another customer to abuse me Daughter is autistic and is distraught that she is now stuck with items she’s not going to wear. Disgusting lot You should be ashamed of yourselves doing this.

0 was not there so i gave it a 1 I brought a Nike sox baseball t-shirt in black the material is terrible and the fitting is no good . Avoid those t-shirts they are cheaply made and waste of money

The worst customer service ever. I wanted to exchange a pair of shoes I bought from them but they have cancelled my order telling me that size is not available even though on their website that size is available but telling me the website is not live which is ridiculous. I have spent nearly £15 between the original fee for delivery and the return fee for a pair of shoes that costs nearly £100. Avoid them at all costs.

Sports Direct Refund Policy should be illegal. No money refunded when you return an unwanted item, credit note or exchange only. Despite having my receipt and the item I’d bought 2 days before, my request for my money to be refunded was refused. When I asked to speak to a Manager, I explained I would like my money back please. He was arrogant and had a bad attitude, he shrugged and stated it was company policy never to refund the customer’s money back. He said if I didn’t want to accept their policy there was nothing he could do for me. If I could give this company zero stars I would and I’ll never shop with them again.

Visited the shop in Botley Road, Oxford. Couldn’t see directions to ladies’ walking boots and it took ages to find somebody to ask. Horrible loud music playing. Eventually found the boots section - had to walk the length of the large floor to find somebody to ask for help to find my size. After handing me the box, the person then instantly disappeared with no offer to help of any kind. Put the boots back on the shelf and left the shop extremely dissatisfied. Went to Decathlon next door and received extremely good customer service all round.

Bought my nephew a pair of £60 red adidas freak football boots size 8. They arrived as instructed but one was the £60 type one and the other was the £160 type. Called customer services and I have to pay for them to be returned even though it’s in no way my fault and with no chance of a refund. I hate this company so much they treat you like they are doing you a favour buy taking your money off you. Thank god for Amanda #HWTL

Website says USA at the top but they are in united kingdom They will not refund or cancel your order even before items shipped! stay away!!

Sports direct delivery is juat as worse than there shops warehouses, ordered over 7 days ago got told estimated del is the 5th which still never came, received email today by hermes saying theyve not even rexceived the goods from sports direct what have i actually paid deleivery for!! Disgusting! This has mike ashley all over!!

From 5 weeks I am waiting on an item that I returned to be exchanged for a bigger size. I got a confirmation email 4 weeks ago that they received my item. On the sports direct website my item is available straight away in the size that i ordered the exchange in yet i still haven't received my item. I am really disappointed in the service.

received two pairs of dirty worn shoes I also received the invoice of the woman who previously owned the shoes. I have tried to contact direct sports so many times they and just going around in circles. I can’t get a refund or exchange them in the shop as the shoes are in such bad condition. I paid to have them sent them back to their warehouse only to have them sent back to me a few days later. Anyone who I do get in contact with are giving me roundabout answers or are bot chats! Would never order from sports direct again!

Really poor customer service no way to call and speak to people just an email and useless webchat where you can not ask anything. I Ordered a pair of trainers and 2 basic t shirts. My trainers were disappointingly cancelled so I didn't want the two t shirts. Sports direct wouldn't let me cancel the order (really didn't want to pay delivery costs when the tshirts were less than £10! they also wont allow you to return items you dont want back to your local store for a refund like most reputable retailers do. Should have known better than to use this company!
