“Very good service and good delivery time”

“My online purchasing experience was 1*. I was informed only once I purchased the Euros 2020 football that delivery would be 7 days which was totally unacceptable. HOWEVER the date for delivery was actually calculated at 8 days. Even more unacceptable. I conducted a Live Chat and was given absolutely no explanation to the Sports Direct diabolical error other than the couriers were overwhelmed with work and could not cope and therefore it was their fault! I was preparing to tell the 10 year old that he would not have the football for his birthday, when I received a message to say the item was in the store ready for collection. Great for the 10year old. What a total unprofessional and disconnected method of operation. The agent had no clue as to what was going on either with my order or the delivery procedure. The collection store was more than helpful I hasten to add and inflated the flat football!!!”

“I wouldn’t use again order received late ruined birthday present to my Grandson, no communication, poor customer service it appears they gave a delivery date knowing full well they could not deliver just wanted the money no consideration deffo won’t be using again they obviously treat their customers like they treat their staff 😡”

“Ordered trainers in a size 7. Received a size 6 in a size 7 box so had to be returned. It cost me £8.95 for postage and £3.50 for packaging which ive yet to be reimbursed for. Then i get an email to say i will be refunded for the trainers as the size i need is now out of stock, even though they are still showing available online. Complete waste of time and money.”

“I have failed in my quest to find any customer service. Only one trainer sent in a box, trainer returned as requested and now no trainers and no refund. Disgusted with them, will never use them again and would advise everyone to AVOID them. I was told once trainer was returned I’d get a refund, to date that was a lie. They took money for next day delivery and did not honour that. AVOID”

“I ordered 2 tee shirts to be delivered to a local shop as I thought it would be quicker than the quoted estimated delivery but it was 2 days later. A little disappointing as it was too late for the occasion.”

“This rating is for a recent online shopping experience. I bought MMA striking gloves but the product that was delivered was not the same one advertised online. Although I was offered an exchange I was told the item may still be different from the one advertised online. Not very reassuring. It was a hassle to post it back etc sorry but poor experience on this occasion. If you advertise something online, the customer expects to receive the exact item showed.”
