“Very pleased with my sabre trail shoes. I am a size 10 usually with a wide foot and high in step. I ordered size 11 and guessed correctly! After wearing the quick laces a couple of times they have become super comfy!”

“I originally went to a sports direct store, one staff member was not approachable infact quite intimidating, as he was restocking shoe boxes, kicking them across the floor. As I was going to approach him for assistance, his facial expression was scowling, so I avoided him. Another member fortunately was more helpful. But the store did not have the item I wanted in stock, therefore I had to use the website.”

“Went to the shop first and staff was very helpful. Didn't have the size I wanted to try on, therefore ordered on internet. The walkers arrived quicker than expected and I'm pleased with them”

“Hi, hopefully my order from 04.05.2021 will arrive next Friday. ( Thats what Hermes is telling me) After that i tried to place another order. Days long unsuccessfully. Your page doesn´t work properly anymore. I tried to contact you many many many times. At least i ordered somewhere else. I had the feeling that nobody really cares whether you can order from Germany or not. I gave up and at least i ordered somewhere else. Therefore, my rating can only be very bad. Please make it quite clear that you no longer want to deliver to Germany and therefore also a possibility of online ordering is prevented. I would have liked to have ordered some more, also in the future.It's a pity”

“I would suggest that Sports Direct review their couriers as I have been waiting for over a week with no movement on a parcel ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and needed for a birthday present. Had I known that they used Hermes as a courier service, I would never have used them.”

“Very good service. Website is easy to negotiate and it was very easy to order the items I wanted. The items were delivered promptly and I was kept notified of the tracking of the order. Overall, I feel very satisfied with the order and the items.”
