“Overall experience was good. However in regards to delivery I would have to rate 1 stars☹️. The reason being, I paid extra for the Next Day Delivery option but did not recieve my order till 2 days later. When asked for my money back for the delivery, I was told that the couriers are busy. I suggest in this case, don't provide the option for Next Day Delivery if that is not the case, because it costs more and doesn't actually delivery next day.”

“The order arrived in three different parcels. The returns form didn't include the details of my order and I then had to pay £16 to return the orders as it wasn't clear that returns weren't free. Due to this, I won't be ordering from Sports Direct again.”

“The item that i bought was stolen by the Hermes courier, and you customer service team have refused to send me my refund money, even after i told them i have the woman on video. Katrina from customer service has been going back and forth with me over my cash and the items i bought that were stolen, and i feel like i am the one being interrogated. i will never buy online from this company again and i will advise everyone else against it too, how appalling and shocking, the worst thing about it..... i paid delivery fee, this is all over the total of £45. Disgusting company.”
