“Unfortunately, this was my worst on-line shopping experience with Stuarts. I had previously ordered two Mikel Rude shirts from Stuarts and had been very impressed with their presentation in a box, immaculately folded and wrapped in tissue paper. This time, however, the shirt had obviously been taken out of the box at some time, as it was very creased with the screwed up tissue paper underneath the shirt. However, to make this worse, the separate Gabicci shirt that I had also ordered had been stuffed into the box as well, which further creased the Mikel Rude shirt. Not impressed.”

“ordered item(Fri) for next day delivery(Sat) ,couldnt find item in time to send next day.Never received email to inform me of this.Had to phone to find out what had happened to order eventually received on Monday”

“Hello, one shoe from the pair I bought has a seam defect on the right side. I am not satisfied at all. Please let me know what do you propose in such a case. I live abroad, shipping to England is expensive. Regards E. H-K”

“Wallet was scratched. Was told this was because it was 'vintage' and I should return to the store or go to a post office for an exchange or refund. Hassle!”
