I was not impressed as I booked online and didn't notice that private transfer was only for one way I immediately went on phone to cancel it and was 25 minutes before I got to speak to an advisor who told me it was non refundable and as we are both pensioners an extra £50/£60 is a lot of money to us

I’d had holiday cancelled because of Thomas cook and you said I would get £75 off if I rebooked with you which I have and you haven’t took the £75 off my bill

We want to take a passenger off, it’s months until the holiday but we’ve been told it’s not possible, it will cost loads and to contact easy jet outselves. With such a long time until the holiday I believe you should be sorting this

I spent over 30 minutes trying to call customer services after the holiday to complain about the hotel and the return transfer. I will now email my complaint in.

Appalling treatment booked and paid in full a week in turkey. Sunshine cancelled the holiday due to a Thomas cook flight but 3 weeks later still waiting for my cash back. Been given all sorts of excuses shortages of staff, wrong department, department closed and I.T failed. Have now rebooked same holiday with first choice. Just goes to show how hard sunshine really tried to solve this problem. Customer service on this occasion there was none

I booked my holiday day’s ago & was advised I would hear back within 24 hrs as to reserve the booking. I would like to change hotel as I go to Sorrento on my own & I thought the hotel was close to piazza Tasso, it is too far out. I would be very grateful if someone could advise me on a hotel near the square pls

An illogical and unclear booking system has left me very stressed and potentially out of pocket. I booked double rooms to accommodate 5 adults and 1 child, logically assuming I’d get three rooms. I was only allocated 2, which is an unrealistic configuration. I feel very cheated and this has caused be a great deal of stress.

Booked in groups. First group was accepted but the other 2 weren’t because apparently hotel doesn’t accept 3 night breaks? How was 1st booking accepted then? Tried to cancel booking and sunshine was trying to charge me 1500 to do so. Had to ring the airline to cancel the flights to get them to refund sunshine’s money back. Basically doing their job for them.

You have offered me a voucher. I have booked a holiday and used the voucher the given amount has not been deducted. You are not responding to my emails!!!

Had our holiday cancelled due to thomas cook which is not any fault of sunshine although they said we could have 75 pound of voucher so we booked new flights separately for double the original price and then booked hotel through sunshine.co.uk went to use voucher but wouldnt let me. Very stressful time as had nothing but bad luck with our holiday

My hotel was cancelled 7 days before holidays. Refund i have to wait for 7 working days. Was booked more then 2 month before. Be careful.

Awful turned up at hotel hadn't even send confirmation to hotel sat around waiting for half the day to try and get hold of them coming home early hours tommorrow and we are stuck here cant get hold off anyone not taking any calls or anything. Cant log on to do boarding passes seats or anything been a stressful day with 4 children. As the same for the 1st day arriving we dont no what to do we are stuck here ... we dont no what to do cant log in gave us wrong codes to log in

Booked holiday on Monday. Money taken from bank holiday is still pending on Wed. They shouldn't have taken the money until the holiday was confirmed and it has passed the 48hr time frame so as far as I'm concerned it's not booked but they have my money.. Can't email can't ring no answer on any social media platform. Have taken ut up with cc company

Tomas cook have gone into liquidation I was due to fly in a few days booked time of work got everything ready. They have just cancelled the full Holliday not even tried to make other flight arrangements. Been sent a refund but takes a week to get back but only takes a day for you to get my money. Absolutely fuming

Not happy with the full inclusive package I got sold over the phone, since it was a last minute, departing in few days holiday. It was my first and last time doing that, as it’s quite difficult to know what is being offered as they make the offers sound so appealing for the money you pay, when it’s not the case. All about selling anything for the profit, customer satisfaction does not seem to play much of a role. Due to such experience, I am not 100 percent sure I will be using sunshine again. Words cannot describe the disappointment and the information I got given on the phone that did not quite match the reality nor expectations of anything I paid for, starting from the place, location, hotel facilities, transfer and even timings of the flight as we got there in the very late night, pretty much on a new day, all tired out, and had to leave to the airport on the way back at 3 o’clock at night to get to the airport for 7:30 departure. Not very ideal. Hotel was placed in the location far away from nice beaches and beautiful spots, so there was a lot of travelling involved to get the most and best out of the dull location we were at, which also came with extra cost and eating out at least two times per day, due to very poor hotel English food and the same daily boring dishes, on an all inclusive deal. Disappointed and feel like I have been ripped off.

Takes too long to resolve a question with the holiday. 6 weeks to contact the hotel for a question regarding how we are going to obtain our room key when the reception states it closes prior to our arrival.

Worst customer services ever. My partner and I have planned a trip to 5 star resort in Turkey with all inclusive so we can indulge ourselves over our anniversary, We planned and paid huge amount of money and company does not provide any assistance at all. My partner is 120 days to expire the passport validation and Turkey accepts minimum 150days. We never knew about if and we learnt from the bitter way - we lost our holidays and part of family is there waiting for us. Sunshine holidays did not even care about the incident trying to find alternatives or solutions for us
