Today we were disappointed because despite 'booking' with friends online last night we have now found out that we are required to travel on different flights - and that option cost more than the advertised cost! We've used Sunshine/On the Beach several times before but am not sure we will again...

Very bad service no communication whatsoever no word on refunds just a positive email would help I hope your company is happy with the service you are providing because your customer s are not

Holiday was cancelled by Sunshine & i am still waiting to receive my money back. I have been very patient as we were travelling on May 31st. But if I don't receive it in the next week we will be seeking legal advice & acting accordingly. I wouldn't reccomend Sunshine.co.uk to anybody. You can't get through to them on the telephone. You get cut off whichever option you choose

when booking my holiday I was not given the option to book luggage after booking I went to check the itinerary and found I did not have luggage so went onto add this only to find that it was not working online. I message sunshine only now to be told I have to pay an extra £50. complete joke. I have to pay this as I need luggage. I am really disappointed with the response from SUNSHINE

Booked a holiday with free cancellation tried to change the hotel as it had no air conditioning spoke to a very direct and unhelpful advisor who gave me the feeling he couldn’t be bothered to help just stating facts that were in the terms and conditions. Very unhelpful and feel I am having to go to a hotel I don’t want to go to because I have no other choice and your advisor didn’t care that’s how I felt Cos he was too busy giving me factual information that wasn’t helping me. I go away 3 times a year and have never booked with sunshine holidays before an would be reluctant to book another holiday with you . Roll on August to get this holiday out of the way

Absolutely disgraceful how the hotel I booked had gone, after a telephone call, then to change hotel I had to pay £112 extra they they told me I should of phoned them, when it clearly stats on email, if they don't book it for you after pending someone will phone you after 48hrs,im not happy it's first holiday abroad for 20 years

My brother and I booked via your website at exactly the same time for exactly the same flights and hotel deal. His booking was left pending until 2 days later when we was told he would have to pay £370 extra for him to be able to have confirmation. There was no clear reason given apart from the website price being incorrect. This is false advertising, deceptive and taking advantage of your potential customers. If we had known what the actual price would have been to travel with you, we would have definitely booked elsewhere. When asked for someone to complain to, we were told no such department existed, which is clearly incorrect as I have now been sent this survey to fill out.

They send you an email, asking you to check your messages, which you can’t find on there web-site, you try to check your booking details, using the SUN number provided, to b told its invalid, & none of the contact numbers on their web-site are even for them..... How the hell are you supposed to find out what the hell has been changed about our holiday?????????

First experience with Sunshine.co.uk. Got a bargain or so I thought. Must have been a glitch on the system as the flights were not added to my booking but were there when I priced up the holiday.i I realised there was an issue the next day when I went back on to look at it again. Found the price had gone up by £550 each. 100% definite the flights were on when I booked as I looked at the times etc. 36 hours later I got a text to contact Sunshine. Tried twice and sat in a queue twice for 15 to 20 mins and both times the phone went silent. Apparently they've tried to contact me to resolve the situation and haven't been able to speak to me. Utter rubbish!! They've made no effort to resolve this. First and last experience for me.

I would like a full refund of £60 deposit paid, as when I tried to find flights booked they were not there and on the website says fraudulent company warning.

awful, had no booking confirmation but money had been taken from my account, tried to contact them by email with no response and tried to ring them and I got placed in a 26 person line to talk to someone

Very bad customer service, no contact phone number, keeps stating that my email is not recognised but I’m being sent emails. Unable to cancel the holiday as you can’t actually contact anyone and no one responds to any Emails.
