Try to change my holiday after 2 weeks still nothing so have cancelled it and within 3 hours they have reply wouldn't use again

We have requested a change of hotel and no one is even bothered to come back to us. The telephone number provided on the website does not work either ! We feel ignored and are totally not assured regarding our holiday.

Scammers.... stay away Do not have ETOL protection. Once paid your money is gone.

They are deplorable cannot phone them won’t answer messages final payment due out tomorrow I believe my hotel is shut till 17 July and am booked for 15 July so will arrive and hotel will be shut. Disgraceful. Take note of what I say don’t book with them. Also still waiting on refund from April holiday

Absolute joke. Booked and took my card details . Only to then email me saying they would confirm the holiday in 48hrs 😂 my understanding of booking holidays is when you pay that’s it confirmation is automatic !! So I booked with another provider got confirmation straight away . 23 hrs later I get an email saying confirmation has gone ahead and holiday is booked.. That is when I also got the terms and conditions sent . Explaining if I cancel then I get rumped. At not point did I agree to any of this And to top it off you cant actually speak to anyone.. The phone just plays a message then cuts you off And the text service is automated rubbish .. Been booking holidays over 20 years 2/3 times a year .. Worst experience EVER

This company is an utter disgrace! They took our final payment for the holiday. Sent us all the final documents and confirmation number. I emailed them to confirm if the hotel in Ibiza is still providing evening entertainment. They basically emailed back saying it is better if I contact the hotel as they may not get a response????? I called and instantly someone picked up the phone. Only to be told the hotel is not opening until the 15th July, we are flying in 3 days time now with no hotel to go to. They have not even contacted us to let us know, I could have just turned with the family to a closed hotel!!!! Fuming is an understatement! Also who has my money?? Not happy

This company is a joke. They will not respond to any messages. 3 messages sent so far with no response. Found out on facebook my hotel has closed due to refurb caused by covid 19 and not re opening until December. I have been trying to contact sunshine to make other arrangements however they do not respond. However on the website it clearly states they will respond within 48 hours. Terrible service. Such a shame they used to be brilliant!!

we have a holiday booked in september through sunshine but with the virus i enquired about changing dates to next year,sunshines reply was i had to contact both the hotel and airline and change dates with them then contact sushine who would charge me extra so basically i do their job then have to pay them aswell,i booked a package with them so it should be them who changes everything not me

Was due to go on holiday 19th May. It was cancelled the week before. I have had one email saying m My holiday was cancelled and I would get a refund in cash. 6 weeks later still no refund and no further emails. Disgusted will not use again. Was told 1 month ago via. Call from me they were still waiting on the flights being refunded I will call again today

I would select no stars my holiday travelling to ibiza on the 5th of june was cancelled early may I am still waiting for refund and they don't answer messages I have been waiting 4 days for a response and the phone is inactive. Even when booking it wasn't a good experience

SURAJ BHARDWAJ USING YOUR COMPANY NAME BOOKED US TICKET WITH KLM AND GAVE US YOUR REFERENCE AS SUN49231102L Which we were able to see the booking on KLM site but after paying with your company invoice the telephone stopped working A total of £1788 was paid

would give zero but no option. My partner and I have lost our jobs due to the coronavirus and were forced to cancel our booking. The very next day they took the remaining balance of the holiday out of our account without warning in these harsh times. called multiple times to try to reason with them with no joy. CON ARTISTS, DO NOT BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY WITH THESE SCUM!!!!!

This company is a complete rip off they will take as much money as they can I made a genuine mistake on a booking booked it again wrong date had come up so tried again for a third time tried to ring them to cancel the last 2 bookings off within 12 hours could not get to speak to anyone 3 days later I got an email saying I had 3 bookings and I told them I had been ringing all the numbers to cancel them now they want 2 lots of full price flights and us to pay for the holiday we wanted they have already took 3 booking fees it's an absolute disgrace

This company is a joke I booked with sunshine for November I could not speak to anyone on the phone I booked for 29th Nov for 4 weeks I didn't get a confirmation so I presumed it had not gone through so booked again I put 29th in and after I had booked I noticed the flights had come up 26th so tried again they came up 28th so I tried ringing sunshine to cancel the last 2 off within 12 hrs of booking could not get through to anyone 3 days later I got an email saying I had 3 bookings with them I explained what had happened and wanted the last 2 bookings taking off they now telling me I have to pay full flight price for each booking how the he'll can I travel to the same hotel 3 times within 3 days now they are refusing to knock the other 2 flights off and still expecting me to pay for the holiday going on the 29th I have already paid 3 booking fees it's discusting

I have had an email from Martin Lewis who has advised me me claim chargeback from sunshine on credit card,anybody who has not received refund can claim this

This company have blatantly lied to me and stole my money, wanted to cancel hotel and was informed to pay full cost of flights first then they can cancel hotel, advised not to check in my flights for my flights in June due to cv19, now Ryanair have cancelled my flight and I have asked for refund to be told I cancelled the flights therefore no refund, looked on Ryanair website my flights are still active and can apply for refund or change. I’m a practicing nurse on the front line and have been treated despicably by this company who will pocket my refund. Ryanair have informed me the monies will be sent to the company and it’s up to them to refund. I’ve tweeted pies Morgan and think all disgruntled customers should do the same. I have been treated appallingly by sunshine and on the beach company

I booked with sunshine holidays jan for a holiday in April, all cancelled and they are absolutely awful refunds and just give one excuse after another and keep blaming the airline for lack of refund.....yet the law states that the travel agent is the one liable for any refund. When I asked for a direct contact with the airline co that THEY paid and are waiting for refund they simply said go to customer services of the airline.... I’m just being shoved from pillar to post and they are absolutely of no use whatsoever.......Very quick to take your money and very slow to abide by the law over refunds

Booked holiday for 19th March 2020 holiday cancelled..had refund for hotel and transfer but having Zero luck getting our flights money back Sending emails but getting just automated reply NOT HAPPY anyone else having same trouble??

I had a holiday booked for the Easter holidays but was cancelled I've not been able to get in contact with sunshine holidays i had a refund for the hotel but not the flights. I will never use this company again.
