Sunshine customer service is absolutely shocking. After finding out our hotel was only doing self catering (we paid all inclusive) and the sister hotel was closed no one from Sunshine has contacted us to let us know or to offer us an alternative and we fly next Tuesday. After taking it up ourselves we didn't want to get to the point where we couldn't go away we messaged other hotels in the same area to see who was open and who was doing all inclusive and we found one so we went on to change to that hotel although it has cost us £217 extra to book this hotel but really sunshine should of contacted us and arranged an alternative. After ringing,emailing and messaging for the past 2 weeks I've still heard nothing and I travel next Tuesday. They also took money for something I never wanted and am struggling to contact them to get that money back. Not happy at all. I will be taking this further to get my money back. Shocking company. Will never use again. The one star is too much for this company.

Company is a total joke I am due to leave for airport In a few hours and I still haven't recieved a call or spoke to anyone the phone lines are terrible to be honest I dnt even think anyone is getting through how can you go from 30 sec back upto 90 min is beyond me there good enough at taking hard earn cash but no prepared to contact anyone for refunds will not be booking again and will be taking it further

Very bad experience am still waiting for my refund Since June no response !!!! Tried to call them to email them to massage them but nothing am very surprised if they are customer service first and last time ??? Scammer

Very poor customer service I had booked flight with sunshine for the 8/07/2020 to Algeria ....I didn’t have any notification from them as my flight been cancelled ??? I did contact them to get my refund for my tickets I did Try to sent them massages I did try to sent emails but yes response on very Shocked of this customer service now I want only my money back and it will be the first and last time I use this Scammer company I’m very disappointed 🤬🤬🤬

Terrible Company, avoid at all costs. Trying to speak to someone here is impossible. I paid over £3000 for a holiday to Greece in early August However when checking website of Hotel I was due to stay at, It showed they would not be opening this year. You would think Sunshine would have know this and possibly let their customers know but no I had to inform them. They told me their operation team would try and find alternative accomodation but this was over a.month ago and nothing. I am due to fly out in less than two weeks and total silence from Sunshine. 8 unanswered messages on customer portal and no chance of getting through to anyone on phone. Gabe it one more go today and had pleasure on being put on hold for TWO hours before they put phone down. Happy to take money but then go on and treat customers with contempt. Avoid Avoid Avoid

It just goes to show that with 99% of these reviews over the past few months being very negative towards this company. They have only replied To a very small number of people. Poor costumer service like everybody else we would like to talk to an adviser but have had no reply from telephone calls, emails and social media since June. Being on hold for hours at a time. Not even a generic message to costumers about final payments. 1 rating is overrating this company. They have taken the money and that is it. Nothing back from them.

Shocking customer service. Can not speak to a human about my flight. Sent messages which get zero response. My friends have been told their flight has been cancelled which is also my flight. They have been given a new flight and refund and im yet to be contacted as i need the same flight as them

No one will speak to me regarding my booked holiday. Tried calling them, we get cut off, I’ve left messages but no one has been in touch. Really frustrating. We go in 3 weeks and the hotel isn’t even open.

The worse holiday company ever!!! Do not give these people your hard earned money. They will not help you with you holiday or any type of refund. They will not answer your messages either. The worsecustomer service I have ever come across 😡😡😡😡😡 They will keep your refund even if it has been refunded by the airline. The will also not help you out with hotel closures ever. This company is an absolute joke. I will tell as many people as I can to not use them ever!!!!!!

Booked hotel only with sunshine for June 2020, flight was cancelled and checking the sunshine website faqs it stated that accommodation would be cancelled too. Not had any communication at all. Messaged them on two occasions to follow up on refund of the hotel, but automated reply doesn’t help as it talks about refund of flights which I’m not interested in as I have had the flight refunded which I booked separately. Sent further messages explaining this and they say a response will happen within 48 hours. I’m still waiting. I’m unable to get through on the telephone. I just want to know my refund will be processed.

Your company is the worst ever, you take people money even when there holiday are cancelled. You dnt reply back to people. Use dnt answer ur phone and put people in a queue for 2/3 hours and when youget to number 2 they cut you off. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use this company I for one will never use them again

You cancelled my holiday months ago. I was due to fly out in May! Still waiting for my refund. You keep blaming easyjet but for peace of mind of atol protection I booked with you not them! I have booked with you for many years and have always been happy up to this point. I am so disappointed with this service.

We are due to depart for our holiday on Tuesday and discovered via the hotel website that the hotel will not be open. No notification from Sunshine. They are impossible to contact and we do not know what to do. We are supposed to provide accommodation details for our PLF for Greece, but don't know what is happening. Disgraceful customer service.

Hotel cancelled , flight still active, no notification from sunshine , won't answer email, phone live chat , or even DMS on twitter , have a severely disabled brother travelling and needs lot of equipment delivered to hotel which takes weeks to arrange. His food is through a tube and is being delivered to a hotel that isn't open , only know as we contacted the hotel to check. Disgraceful.

well, I will never book holiday with them again, I'm due to go on holiday in 3 days, and I heard nothing from Sunshine am I going or not, can you imagine that ? my children are crying and I feel so angry as I've check with hotel and it's closed, how can I not here from Sunshine about it ? keep emailed them but no respond .....

Now been waiting 8 weeks since my holiday was cancelled. unable to phone anybody and no answer to my emails. ombudsmen is now involved to get my refund. very unprofessional company. will never use again and have told everybody I know to avoid these cowboys

So disappointed in sunshine holidays have always found then very organised. However during covid their customer service has been awful no communication whatsoever just stupid auto replies. Jet 2 holidays in future for me!!!!

I booked some seats on the plane to Salou in 2 weeks time but was charged for priority boarding and 2 cabin bags. I've phoned, emailed and messaged them to correct this but no reply. Been trying now for 3 weeks. Also I've just found out the hotel due to stay in is closed for the summer. Still waiting for them to contact me to arrange an alternative. 4 stars is a laugh.

The final Payment for my holiday was due to be made on the 7th July but the company postponed it. It was then due out today 14th July, it hasn't been taken and we are due to fly out next Tuesday 21st July. I have spent the last hour and a half on the phone trying to speak to someone to get the situation clarified, my call wasn't answered. I was being told that I was moving up the queue but each time I moved up the queue the waiting time went up. I fully understand the situation regarding covid 19 and appreciate that there will be a large call volume but this situation is appalling. I have emailed twice in the last week and none of them have been replied to.
