The final Payment for my holiday was due to be made on the 7th July but the company postponed it. It was then due out today 14th July, it hasn't been taken and we are due to fly out next Tuesday 21st July. I have spent the last hour and a half on the phone trying to speak to someone to get the situation clarified, my call wasn't answered. I was being told that I was moving up the queue but each time I moved up the queue the waiting time went up.
I fully understand the situation regarding covid 19 and appreciate that there will be a large call volume but this situation is appalling.
I have emailed twice in the last week and none of them have been replied to.
