we are due to Travel 19th July, been offered no information what
so ever, tried calling,emailing, facebook messaging the lot, no information offered of how it will effect our all inclusive stay, will not want to go and have to sit in our room to eat, can do that at home. this needs resolving ASAP and customer service stepped up, at this point i will not be using this company again if it is not resolved quickly, information is not to much to ask for surely??
