Really disappointed with this company. They are charging customers full price for holidays to Spain when the government is telling people not to travel. Immoral and irresponsible trading practice. Avoid at all costs!

Don’t be enticed by their prices. Finally 4 months after our holiday was cancelled we received our refund - minus a £60 charge in the process! Our flight was cancelled so we could never travel & use our hotel booking, yet you charge £60 when you advised us to cancel it. I’ve always used on the beach & had a good experience. I recently learned these two companies are owned by the same company. I will never use either of these companies. Their phones have been switched off for 4 months, they don’t respond to emails unless your happy to get a cut and paste response. This company has no morals if they think it’s acceptable to charge £60 for no Reason when you haven’t fulfilled your part of the contract. Absolutely disgusting

They do not refund your money. if you don't want your money taken away without a refund i suggest you keep looking for another company as this is a very bad one. Their customer service is awful they are rude to customers and when your waiting in the que they drop the phone on you. Guys just don't bother with them. they are AWFUL.

In a polite word "shocking". I would use much worse!!! We contacted them due to the fact that I found out that the accommodation we had booked was going to be closed for the remainder of the season, not passed on by Sunshine! We have tried to contact them but they're NOT taking calls, only a messaging service, to which they're NOT responding to! We want our money back but this is proving extremely difficult. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Terrible customer service. All phone lines only take you to a recorded message saying to message them via their site. When you did message them, it can take a week+ to get a response and then the response is unhelpful. They did not make the effort to contact me when I needed urgent help regarding my booking which was set to start 36 hours from the FCO guidelines change. Because if this delay they missed out on cancelling my flights, hotel and transfer. Everyone I have spoken to has had the same problems with them. Will never use again no matter how cheap they are

Meant to fly out May 19th. Holiday was cancelled 2 weeks before by Sunshine - fully expected to be cancelled - was kept informed during that step. They said would take upto 8 weeks for a refund - STILL waiting - Zero communication from them. We were due to travel with friends - Exact same flights, hotel etc. We decided to book the package via Sunshine - They booked directly with Easyjet and directly with the hotel. They received their Easyjet refund within 28 days of requesting. I'm now almost 90 days since the original date the flight was meant to take off and still zero refund. My booking no longer comes up on the Easyjet website and Sunshine don't respond to any of the messages via their message centre. How can it be that Easyjet can refund within 28 days yet Sunshine can't refund me?? Service is terrible. 100% won't use again. Really desperate for the money but Sunshine don't care.

This is the worst company ever i went to Greece i payed everything for my holiday and when i arrived my hotel was closed they didn't tell that the hotel was closed and they do not communicate at all i had to go by myself to find a hotel.They don't respond on message or on call so i can get my money back.

This company is horrendous. I have been trying to contact them for months, since the beginning of the lockdown. They have closed the phone lines and do not have an email address. They force you to use their online messaging system, which they will not respond to. They carry on and take your deposits, but I'm unable to cancel or amend my dates. The stress they are causing my family and me is too much. How do they get away with it? They have obviously decided to simply not allow any communication so that they still take people's money regardless of whether or not they go on holiday. Crimianal, and dishonest. Do nit ever use them.

For obvious reasons our holiday with Sunshine was cancelled, no blame on their part for that. Received an email 3 days after the cancellation saying I had been refunded. When I check they had refunded me £7, not the £3500 they owe me. No further contact from them. If you try calling it tells you to contact via website, website tells you to call them so it’s impossible to get any contact.

Nothing Sunshine about this holiday company - should have been called Rainy Days ! Absolutely terrible service - they have taken £5000 of our money, want to charge £2300 for us to cancel and when trying to rebook our holiday to next year they make us look up our own flights and then don't even bother to respond with a quote. We are absolutely stuck - don't want to go away this year, got no response about next year and can't get our money back. I am absolutely fuming. Nobody answers the phone and messsages are ignored. If anybody wants to set up a FB page or something may be we can all team up together and kick up a fuss !

Paid my holiday balance a week ago it was due on the 13/9/20 big mistake to pay them earlier they took the payment twice I was unaware of this at the time pushed me into a negative balance at the bank.tried phoning and leaving messages in the (my sunshine) complete and utter joke .seems they have no intention in answering my calls or messages but you took from my account that does not belong to you now it's in the hands of the fraud department at the bank also looks like your keeping the money I've fully paid and overpaid for a holiday in October.(shocking)

Sunshine customer service is absolutely shocking. After finding out our hotel was only doing self catering (we paid all inclusive) and the sister hotel was closed no one from Sunshine has contacted us to let us know or to offer us an alternative and we fly next Tuesday. After taking it up ourselves we didn't want to get to the point where we couldn't go away we messaged other hotels in the same area to see who was open and who was doing all inclusive and we found one so we went on to change to that hotel although it has cost us £217 extra to book this hotel but really sunshine should of contacted us and arranged an alternative. After ringing,emailing and messaging for the past 2 weeks I've still heard nothing and I travel next Tuesday. They also took money for something I never wanted and am struggling to contact them to get that money back. Not happy at all. I will be taking this further to get my money back. Shocking company. Will never use again. The one star is too much for this company.

Company is a total joke I am due to leave for airport In a few hours and I still haven't recieved a call or spoke to anyone the phone lines are terrible to be honest I dnt even think anyone is getting through how can you go from 30 sec back upto 90 min is beyond me there good enough at taking hard earn cash but no prepared to contact anyone for refunds will not be booking again and will be taking it further

Very poor customer service I had booked flight with sunshine for the 8/07/2020 to Algeria ....I didn’t have any notification from them as my flight been cancelled ??? I did contact them to get my refund for my tickets I did Try to sent them massages I did try to sent emails but yes response on very Shocked of this customer service now I want only my money back and it will be the first and last time I use this Scammer company I’m very disappointed 🤬🤬🤬

Terrible Company, avoid at all costs. Trying to speak to someone here is impossible. I paid over £3000 for a holiday to Greece in early August However when checking website of Hotel I was due to stay at, It showed they would not be opening this year. You would think Sunshine would have know this and possibly let their customers know but no I had to inform them. They told me their operation team would try and find alternative accomodation but this was over a.month ago and nothing. I am due to fly out in less than two weeks and total silence from Sunshine. 8 unanswered messages on customer portal and no chance of getting through to anyone on phone. Gabe it one more go today and had pleasure on being put on hold for TWO hours before they put phone down. Happy to take money but then go on and treat customers with contempt. Avoid Avoid Avoid
