It just goes to show that with 99% of these reviews over the past few months being very negative towards this company. They have only replied To a very small number of people.
Poor costumer service like everybody else we would like to talk to an adviser but have had no reply from telephone calls, emails and social media since June. Being on hold for hours at a time.
Not even a generic message to costumers about final payments.
1 rating is overrating this company. They have taken the money and that is it. Nothing back from them.
