Booked hotel only with sunshine for June 2020, flight was cancelled and checking the sunshine website faqs it stated that accommodation would be cancelled too. Not had any communication at all. Messaged them on two occasions to follow up on refund of the hotel, but automated reply doesn’t help as it talks about refund of flights which I’m not interested in as I have had the flight refunded which I booked separately. Sent further messages explaining this and they say a response will happen within 48 hours. I’m still waiting. I’m unable to get through on the telephone. I just want to know my refund will be processed.
