The worse holiday company ever!!! Do not give these people your hard earned money. They will not help you with you holiday or any type of refund. They will not answer your messages either. The worsecustomer service I have ever come across 😡😡😡😡😡 They will keep your refund even if it has been refunded by the airline.
The will also not help you out with hotel closures ever. This company is an absolute joke. I will tell as many people as I can to not use them ever!!!!!!
