In a polite word "shocking". I would use much worse!!!
We contacted them due to the fact that I found out that the accommodation we had booked was going to be closed for the remainder of the season, not passed on by Sunshine! We have tried to contact them but they're NOT taking calls, only a messaging service, to which they're NOT responding to! We want our money back but this is proving extremely difficult.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
