First experience with Sunshine..co.uk Got a bargain or so I thought. Must have been a glitch on the system as the flights were not added to my booking but were there when I priced up the holiday. I realised there was an issue the next day when I went back on to look at it again. Found the price had gone up by £550 each. Then realised the error. 100% definite the flights were on when I booked as I looked at the times etc. 48 hours later I got a text to contact Sunshine. Tried twice and sat in a phone queue twice for 15 to 20 mins and both times the phone went silent. Apparently they've tried to contact me to resolve the situation and haven't been able to speak to me. Utter rubbish!! They've made no effort to resolve this. First and last experience for me.

I would like a full refund of £60 deposit paid, as when I tried to find flights booked they were not there and on the website says fraudulent company warning.

awful, had no booking confirmation but money had been taken from my account, tried to contact them by email with no response and tried to ring them and I got placed in a 26 person line to talk to someone

Very bad customer service, no contact phone number, keeps stating that my email is not recognised but I’m being sent emails. Unable to cancel the holiday as you can’t actually contact anyone and no one responds to any Emails.

It is not clear on the site how many rooms to book for, just for the number of adults. Then when looking to change the booking it is really complicated to actually submit what you are looking to change. I had to give a cost of what I thought the change would cost but I have no idea? Very complex when it could be so simple.

We have been going to Benidorm for 10 years for the New Year but decided to stay somewhere else for a change are friends have booked the same place so we booked on line with sunshine for vista mar then received a message to call sunshine holiday asap to find out the room had been double booked !! It was Saturday evening and we know that apartments can get booked up very quickly the places we were happy to stay were not available they offered one which was 11 minutes drive away we Do Not Go To Benidorm to drive about, so the only one we could get was the Cervantes apartment only 2 stars for the same price (my husband has stayed at vista mar on a stag weekend and said it was lovely recently been done up) so to find out we are no where near are friends who we are travelling with we are definitely not happy at all we feel this has ruined are new year’s spirits and will definitely not recommend sunshine holiday at all and definitely not recommend

My details were hacked on;ine and someone booked a holiday in my name. I could not e-mail Sunshine, nor did the so called customer service line even answer,I was No.1 in th queue and the wait time jumped from 20 secs to 6 minutes! This survey claims a live chat contact option as well but that isnt on the website

spoiled my holiday 2 days in emailing me telling me my holiday had been cancelled of immediate effect due to thomas cook ceasing. message said refund in full, they denied that but i have the proof and offered £40 DO NOT USE

Like trying to get hold of the queen on phone! Mistakenly entered wrong first name of passenger and now£145 to ammend even though we dont go for six months and no tickets issued, rip off! Will never book again

Totally unhelpful staff no information given about when tickets will be available if it wasn’t for the price wouldn’t use you again the price you see is not the price you pay totally misleading I appreciate it is not a live system on line but the difference is hundreds and this whole pending system is wrong as well you are left in limbo not a smooth experience and very frustrating for a customer and then no freephone number to contact you if there is a problem

the hotel i went to i had to pay 200 euro deposit there was nothing on build up to holiday telling me of this!! 200 euros is a pretty big chunk considering thats what put me off booking a nicer hotel why i went for the cheaper one there was no mention of deposit!! even on my hotel confirmation it said no deposit very disappointed tbh!!!!

1st night we had hardly any sleep due to a couple in the next room having a seroius domestic we have had no not water since we got here which was sat 9th Nov giving them until tonight if no not water then we will be contacting you.

When I tried to add bag on to my booking they where going to charge me £100 for the bag and £30 for admin fee its a disgrace
